Yes, he is looking for winning green light GPs at signals IMO. The 1st 3 gears matter the most in those cases! The RTR180 will surely bring a smile on his face-that is a crazy revving hooligan in city streets!

you will feel great difference after hopping on to 220 from fz16.... it has got enormous amount of power considering indian market .....

but to be honest as a owner of 220 ... i want to tell you that it has got ample of problems .... which most of the people are facing whom i know ..... but everyone is happy because we dont care about these small niggles .... unless the machine is giving is more n more power to you ..... and its really fun to ride this beast .... the best part is twisting throttle

you can easily win traffic signal gps..... more so you will get highest top speed in its segment as well....

so if you want to upgrade... go for P220 as its more fun .... and every machine has its own problems .... choose wisely

Smoker & Doper, Inder.Cool, Coplay@180, Sarvajit, Pulsarised.. Thanks you so much for all your inputs and now you'all have me confused to the core

According to my survey the P220 is the best quater miler (Indian made) how come every ones going gaga over the RTR180s flicability? I mean i have test rode that baby & its bang on target how ever on papers its the P220 thats out right fast? Isnt it?

Ok i have kicked the ZMA'R out of my list and cut it down furhter to only RTR180 & P220 ...

So are you guys telling me that the P220 is no match (Exaggerating a bit) in terms of flicability, with the RTR 180

Sorry guys if i sound confused and stupid but i want the some thing that meets my requirements as i did the biggest mistake when i bought the FZ16 and i dont want to do that sort of mistake again ...

buddy, just go for the P220 since you've already booked it.You can't go wrong with it...RTR 180 is just too good to have fun on IMO.That doesnt mean P220 has nothing to offer...don't want to confuse you anymore

^^ Please let us know more about your requirements. If you are looking for a comfortable tourer, go for the ZMR or if you want the best VFM, go for the 220.

Blindly go for the p220,you will enjoy riding it and it has got the best power(more than enough to win traffic light GPs)!

RTR180 is great to ride in city but you may feel cramped and would not get the big bike feel of p220. P220 has its own set of problems but they are small ones and can be avoided if you maintain your bike well!

                        @ Syedali_m

Looking at your words i feel that u want the awesomeest pickup in a quarter mile drag. U are not bothered about the looks, top speed and the comfort.
I suggest u to take P220 DTS-Fi. It has amazing pickup.
U can see the true colors of P220 DTS-i once u cross 7k rpm in 4th gear. But by this time P220 DTS-Fi would be ahead in a quarter mile drag.
Forget the RTR180. I have dragged with it on my P220 DTS-Fi and it lost out badly in the quarter mile drag.
