Xtreme fits the bill perfectly. One of the best bike for Tall riders.

It can easily give mileage of 50+ under sane riding. Re-Sale value, its a HH bike. Maintenance, again bike is in market for more than 3 year so you would have get enough feed back about it.

GS150R could be a another option, but Its not as agile as Xtreme in traffic and Resale I am not sure how good it it being a new bike and from suzuki.

All the bikes in 150cc class are technically equivalent interms of engines except R15. Unless you are bound for features that are there in P150 and GS150R, your bling option must be Xtreme. There are other options as Hunk and Unicorn,But again both of them are not so good for tall riders interms of Knee recess.

Both of them are around 67K on road.

Look no further than the GS150R, it's the best ur money can get within ur budget with all the goodies that are to be implemented in the current version bikes to be honest i'm talking about the 6th cog for highway cruising and a relaxed engine behavior. Just give a test ride mate!

If you can extend your budget a little, I would suggest the ZMA-R. It is well-suited for tall riders. You would look great astride it.
Between the CBZ-X and GS, I would suggest the CBZ, since it has got a better resale value and less maintenance.

                  Thanx

Thanx alot for all your feedback...

I have finally bought an Orange color GS and i am loving it till now. Though I wanted a good resale value on bike i thought instead of going for CBZ X its better to buy a newly launched good bike which may be in more demand in future as compared to its older substitute.

I believe going with performance of the bike it will be a big Hit in future.

                  So thanx once again!!!!!!!!
