  • Karizma R or P220 or Apache RTR 180?

    Hi xBHPians!

I'll be going for a bike in a few weeks time...

I like Zma's bulletproof quality n reliability, P220's displacement n power and everything abt Apache except the numbers!!... I mean the power n the displacement....smaller when compared to the other two!

I'm 5'10tall... I'm city biker as of now. I will occasionally go out for drives once I get a good bike... Well! I dont think I've the luxury of participating in Track days!

I love Apache racy dynamics. I'd be much more than happy if TVS is going to come up with an Apache of higher capacity nxt year. I'm going to wait!

Even i was/am in the exactly same dilemma...
It was P220 Vs ZMA Vs ZMR Vs R15 Vs RTR
                        but after lot of research..
I have finalized the Pulsar 220 Dtsi and will be booking tomorrow!

ZMA is an very old bike..and ZMR is overpriced and offers 0 value for me.I know that ZMR has good build and ride quality...but still ZMR is NOT WORTH!
RTR is good but not suited for tall people(iam 6.1").

P220 seems to be the most Sensible bike offering immense value for money..

Dude...If you wanna make dates with your bike before its too late then go for RTR as you like all the things about it except the numbers '180CC' ?? Man.... "Judging a bike by the CC is like judging a woman by the size of her bra" -one of the old but true saying of xbhp. Please read the r15 modification thread by Joel at pit stop section and find out what you want.

....Hello there. I'm also 6.1ft but RTR doesn't make that much problem. Anyways Shashankre your heart says for 220 so you went for it a very good VFM. But dude you CANNOT just say that ZMR is not worth. All the stuffs pgmfi and other specefic things maybe little but technical and worth,..though we expected more from hh after this damn 6 years long wating. Check out the ZMR ownership thread for details. I'm out of here..not going to start any kind of unexpected situation cause taste differs from person to person.
