  • Second hand bike

My friend wants to buy a second hand Unicorn or Pulsar 150. The budget is between 25k-30k.

Can you please suggest which year make will he get and what all should he look for while dealing/buying the bike?

Expected to buy in a week or even less, so request you to reply ASAP.

We are located in bangalore so local vehicles of Karnataka would be preferable.
    Bikes Owned:

    HH Splendor

Approach individuals after checking in ads(b'luru) on sulekha.com and click.in, avoid agents/middlemen....buy from genuine owners after checking papers and svc history...good luck !

Check the engine condition as pulsar mostly if driven roughly will give your friend billing nightmares, also verify what the reading what the odo shows with the engines condition, as in unicorn i have seen people removing the speedo meter and driving

              Online sites are quite helpful

Bikes4sale.in is one of the best online sources for second hand bikes. The second hand bikes websites seems to be the new kid on the block. However it has got individual blog posts for important cities like second hand bikes in hyderabad which makes finding the required bikes quite easy.

In general stay away from middlemen and try to contact the owner directly. Go through the paper work in detail

I think second hand Unicorns are not available for 30k,at least not in kerala!

                        Query about second hand CBR250R

                        Hello All,

I am planning to buy a Honda CBR250r Non-ABS bike.
The owner has used the bike for a year and it has covered 13k k.m
                        He is asking for 70k.
Th bike is in good condition.
Should I go for it, is it worth 70k.

Heard that some earlier lot of CBRs were defected
Do a test ride, if you feel its okay then steal it! 70k is a steal away price for a 13k km CBR250R!

at 70 k it is definitely a steal, but you gotta check the condition of the bike, closure of loan if any.
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.
