    Wanted : Dirt Bike

    Hi All,
    I recide in kanpur and want to purchase a new dirt bike(Kawasaki or Ninja)
    of 110 to 200cc.
    what's the best way to get the bike?

      Firstly, I have no idea of "Ninja" brand of off-roaders.
      Kawasaki's can be imported, with its own set of complications, if you can handle them...

      You can place an advert about it, on bikes.biz and our own xbhp BuySell... Read about documentation of imported bikes, in the Xbhp "Superbikes and Imports" Section...
      Be very careful about documentation & pricing though.

      A Far Alternative: Mr. Khalid makes off roaders from RX100's. One that he showed to Bike India costed some Rs. 1.5 Lacs back then... And it seems great, with iridium plug, Mono Suspension, different sized front and rear wheels, immobilizer and so on...

                        no, ofcourse he will have to modify it from a good 'modifier' and increase the shock-up height for jumps. put a high mudguard, remove rear mudguard, indicators etc !

                          ^^ Dude R15 is a track bike and modifying it as a dirt bike won't make any sense. It would be better to modify an rx.

                          If you are looking for a new bike, you can contact the respective showrooms here and ask whether they import dirt bikes. If they do, you can import through them. Else you'll have to do the job on your own.

                            wow...he asks for a dirt bike and gets awesome suggestions...R15,ninja,what else?......spend a bomb on buying it and then more to modify it.Makes no sense...
