I had a Bajaj Discover for nearly 3 years. Bajaj's reliability is not as bad as people claim it to be.It depends on the way you maintain it The discover i used was a 2004 model and was a very good machine. Did 35k kms before selling it for 22k Rs. The worst thing if you get a bajaj is the service. it's pathetic. I had a CDI issue with my bike and they could not resolve it for nearly 2 years.
There are other niggling issues like frequent loosening of chains, bad gears shifts etc. I have heared from my friends that the Pulsar's these days are quite refined. So do get feedbacks from Pulsar owners before buying one.anyways coming back to the Unicorn. I have done 3,000 Kms on it since i bought it. It's a very good bike..I'm getting a mileage of 53+ on Delhi Traffic. It's a comfortable bike but the suspension is on the harder side. I do have a bit of back pain issue but am not sure weather it's the Unicorn or my back which is to be blamed for it.
I did not face any issue with it till date. It's a complete hassle free bike. If you are looking for a good handler, comfortable bike go for Unicorn. Also Consider the HH Hunk. It has very soft suspension in-case you don't like hard suspension on UNI. I did not get a chance to test drive gs150 so cannot comment on it.
The other day saw a Yamaha fazer. It looked marvelous at first sight. I don't know what kind of mileage it offer's but the looks are stunning. If the Budget is not an issue consider it too.

and more. Then why not consider RTR 160 fi.It gives good mileage and performance?...Btw,hope this helps. My friends P220 gives a mileage figure of around 35-40kmpl...Unicorn is the best bet though, but 16kms is quite a distance to travel...
