    Oh!!! Is it? When HMSI introduced CBS, it was available only in the top variant(deluxe model , don't know what so luxe about it), so now they made it standard across both the models is it? But the website still is outdated.

    I hope you're intending the brake lock; Ken is not talking about the brake lock, but about Combined Braking System where the usage of left lever applied brakes to both front & rear wheels in proportion.

      I love Suzuki Access. In Activa and Flyte, the accelerator controls the speed fully, so in order to maintain speed, you have to give acckerator. But in Access, it is like electric scooter, even if you leave throttle, the bike will maintain speed! This results in good mileage.

      Access is actually lighter than Activa & Flyte, it just looks bulky

        @thechamp

        Honda DIO is good for her. She can also get away from the p220's easily.. just in case!!

          i would recommend dio or Mahindra rodeo...both are good looking scoots and return decent mileage....and dio comes in some snazzy graphic schemes and tyres in dio are more than decent ones.
          why not try electric ones??scooty electric teenz seems good...

            My

            So thought to share my dilemma with group.

            So here is the problem
            • We are planning to a scooty in next 7-10 days
            • She is 5 Feet 2 Inches and weighs about 46 Kgs
            • The scooty will be used for commuting from PG to college/coaching center with an average daily commute of about 12-15 km.
            • The wish list is not very high just it should be light weight and easy to maneuver so that she can easily handle it.
            • I have ruled out electrical variants coz in a PG charging can be a problem (just my thought, please correct it I am wrong)
            • Budget is not a problem as such but like all middle class people the lower the better

            So guys please help me out to list all the available options and choose the best one from them
            For motorscooters the best is Honda Aviator (the disc version). Trust me i myself own one and can attest to it. It is also the lightest at 102 kg kerb weight. Also the new 110cc engine from Honda is the most fuel efficient. the only problem may be the 790mm seat height which may be excessive for her height. And as for braking issues, the CBS along with the disc brakes make for the safest package as well.

              Thanks guys for your valuable suggestions,

              @Ken Da : Thanks a lot, I hardly see you comment on a what bike thread, that too of a scooty hmmmmmmm

              @aargee : Thanks dude will keep that list in mind.

              @payeng & satyam : Thanks, I also think she will tilt towards pleasure or scooty.

              @animeher : Thanks you were quite a value add to this thread.

              @Sarvajit, ashishrawat, giridhar, Briarreos, jigsaw91 : Thanks Guys for your valuable suggestions

              @harishkumarko, princesirohi : Have heard a lot about rodeo, will surely check it out

              @vishalsun :

              Have to rule out Suzuki access as there is no showroom in Noida which means hard time for servicing.

              Will try to visit few showrooms with her tomorrow and see what she likes, as ultimate decision lies with her

              But as far as my perception goes she will start with scooty pep and might end at pleasure, will consider myself lucky if I am able to convince her for Activa/Aviator.
              No Matter Whether Guys buy 220cc Pulsars or 350cc Royal Enfields,
              It is used only to follow a 80cc Scooty Pep...
