First of all wrong comparisons being done here..!! Fazer and P220.. Both the bikes are totally different in their class.. and i guess P220 would emerge a winner in EVERY aspect if compared with Fazer.

What will it boil down to when the next person comes in and compares Twister and RTR 180...

      Do you own an Enfield...??.

      ..

      @ Topic Starer

Go ahead and test drive both the bikes. People here post their "personal" opinions and experiences which might not always be applicable to you.
After test riding you can come here and ask for Pros and cons of any bike you are confused with.
A much better way to sort out a bike..!

@Devilpulsarian: Yes, I own an enfield. But cornering n handling were definitely not the reasons why I bought it. I bought it because it's a bullet! but now I am quite over it

How does cc/bhp matter with faring...This 1250cc monster too doesnt have a full faring but does it look bad??

Agreed...It has excellent lower & mid range(Till 80ish)...If only for city purpose this one would suffice

P.S : Seems your heart's already set on the Fazer.Don't look further...Wish you a Happy Biking

Its all about where are you going to ride the bike most, in city or highway. Both the bikes have their own advantages and disadvantages. Lookswise maybe Fazer is quiet popular than P220. You must be liking one of these two bikes the most. If you like Fazer then go for it. Asking us our opinion will confuse you more. go for what you like and you will never regret. also quality wise both are same. i dont no why people say Bajaj bikes dont have quality parts and engine. If that is the thing you wouldn't have seen so many Pulsars on road.
So think before you buy. Happy and safe riding and congrat in advance.

@Binoy - sorry the apt title for this thread should be as suggested by you...but any-ways its obvious now

@Satellite.kid - your point taken as +1 for Fazer...thanks for your valuable comments

@RanjithMN - Thanks bro for your inputs

@inder.cool - well they might be class apart but for a person investing the same amount of money,he has to consider all the options in that range...and that is what i intend to do through this thread

@Devilpulsarian - thanks bro for your inputs and advice...i will definitely take a test ride before my final decision.

@happybiking - Bro...don't take the comments so seriously
i know full fairing isnt compulsary for the complete look of a bike...there are many naked bikes and also the one u have shown us....but i feel for P220 a full fairing or a bit better fairing of the engine would had worked wonders...strictly IMO
                And thanks for your wishes.

@harishkumarko - well i wud say yes for that...my heart is 60% in favor of Fazer...only thinking whether it would be a good decision or not

@rakowli - my travel will be mostly in city(maybe 90%)....i am not against Bajaj neither i have a soft corner for Yamaha...this is in fact my first bike....I am only trapped in the dilemma of 'A good looking bike' and a 'VFM' bike...both at the same cost
Thank you for your advance wishes

A brief test ride of both the bikes would makes things clearer.

As your major usage will be inside the city, you should probably go with Fazer.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.
