    Anyways @Mohan. Welcome to xBHP.

@Mods isn't there a rule against one-liners? There is one at 'some other'bhp.com I tend to frequent these days.
Yes, I've checked the same thing over & over again & failed to understand why would he do that all the time, every-time & have wondered why wouldn't any Mod see that??? Although one liner's aren't bad at all if they are constructive and are contributory, but when it comes to one liners with just emoticons that says "Cool:Cool" i think it has to be taken into serious consideration...! On this contradictory note, Hearty welcome to X-Bhp Arun...!

I vote Anant to be the next mod! He clearly has a lot of time in hands!

But seriously, xBhp needs some rule atleast! Some basic screening of posts!
Infact the whole concept of xPolice is pretty kiddish too! Have balls? reprimand, keep it clear and transparent on why someone was warned or banned!
Theres a post on the mumbai thread by one Mr Icemang who wanted to know if anyone in Mumbai want to be a part of the Leh trip he was planning, and it was deleted by xPolice as 'Spam'!

Thank you for the vote. But My own vote went to somebody else (Already communicated to SunilG). And about the 200 posts, those were quite easy to check if you know your vbulletin tools correctly . Took me barely 3-4 minutes to check. I did it to check what kind of a favour I was doing to myself when I blocked him .

                  I agree with your points.

These days there's a lot of rubbish talks and one member in particular is one helluva arm chair biker who really annoys me with his posts here and on FB from a couple of years, no thanks to his know it all attitude about every bike and aspects related to biking.

As far as transparency in moderation. I don't think such a thing exists here. xPolice doesn't moderate much and allows certain members to go on a post count rampage talking nonsense just about anything and anyone without any credibility or proof. Including new members and older ones in terms of join date/post count. All this can be sour experience for those who have been here (and new members looking for real information) and have witnessed this forum grow from a small community which nurtured into a very large India wide biking club/online forum and media organization dedicated to two-wheelers which is also partly credit to many of the old and knowledgeable members who contributed much to the site's success in the early days. Only a handful are still here while many others have moved on due to various reasons.

But nevertheless I stick around as I've been here for some time now and keep a silent watch usually. I made some wonderful friends here and some even turned out to be very close friends and mentors over time. But a few things can be improved and it would do well for the site if a few would just shut up and listen.

Welcome to xBHP mate! There's always something to do around here.

I agree to both Satyen and your post regarding moderation to some extent... But Xbhp like you said now is a Huge community and i dont think it is feasible for xPolice or any other mod to go about checking each and every post in every thread...It is upto us members to post sensibly... I think every member in Xbhp has a reason to be proud of this wonderfull community... Like they say With power comes responsibility we members have the responsibility to spread safe biking and our knowledge to new members..
@KwokFist Nice to know you have made some very good friends here...
And yeah keeping a silent watch is always better..Thanks for the warm welcome..
