Hi there i am totally new to this website.I am an Agriculture engineering student from Andhra Pradesh.My goal is to develop agricultural machines based on bikes. I am currently modifying my Bajaj Boxer AT 2000 model. I am planning to use a Hid light and angel eye in a Yamaha FZ S headlight assembly and fit it to my bike(suggest me a better headlight assembly if you don't think it is good). To start with, my power requirement will be around 125 watts on full load and I already bought a 9ah Amaron battery for this mod and may be I will buy the Ape RR unit tomorrow. Now, the problem is I have a 4 pole stator and i don't know how to rewind this thing for the AC to DC conversion part. Which gauge wire should i use and how many turns per pole?? I am doing all the electrical again and i am going to build my custom tachometer and speedometer. The fuel level indicator cannot be built because my tank does not have built in sensor to send the output voltages but i want one so if you know any other way let me know. I am also planning to change to mono suspension at the rear and use the same Tyre. You may ask me why I am spending this much on a 12 year old bike like this. Well , the reason is i am not going to sell it and i want to keep it for the rest of my life. After all it's my first bike I don't wanna lose it.
