  • Hi everyone!

    Hi xBhp,

This is Vamsi from Hyderabad. I never owned a bike have been driving uncle's and dad's bikes, that too under strict supervision and guidelines .

I'll be owning my first bike in a month or two.

I've been looking about NS and this is the best place I could ever find about NS or to that matter any bike

I'm happy to be a part of this community.

    Cheers,
    Vamsi

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    THE END

        Thanks VJ and princesirohi

        I don't drive 4 wheelers yet
@B7ACKTHORN do you think NS would be good as my first bike? I'm not a great rider. I drive the usual 100-150cc bikes without (m)any hiccups!200 CC seems to be greater power for this meeker soul
I rode a 200NS of my friend once. It was great! I can feel driving a pulsar ( I used to drive a 150cc pulsar of another friend very frequently) but this one seemed to be more stable and confident while braking ( quite obviously powerful).
However it was just one ride, I'm in the dilemma if I can control it (as it reads"With greater power comes greater responsibility" ) and maintain it (as I never owned a bike earlier).

          Re: Hi everyone!

          welcome to xbhp
Yes you can drive 200ns without a sweat, it gives immense pleasure and is really very cheap to maintain (I own a red one, it was and is my first bike)
About the bike, the power will throw your soul away if you're coming from the 150CC league.
And looks, I've been termed as maniac by friends as it has been 6 months and I still stare my bike like a neverseenbefore hotty...
Totaling the experience, I always thank God and my parents that ny first very own bike was a pulsar 200ns( initially I was going to buy 180, had even paid for it)
But the power is a beast and will force you to throttle up everytime, even in a 100m space.
Wishing you a great biking future ahead..!!

You've registered to one of the best forums for indian motorcyclists and enthusiasts. Welcome aboard Vamsi.

Looks like you've set your eyes on NS already. Good choice. It certainly is a good motorcycle. Bajaj products are easy on maintenance. However if you personally feel that the bike cannot be handled, please refrain or postpone the purchase till you are confident enough about the bike. You can't afford to regret later. Take as many TDs as possible. Try other options too Vamsi. All the best

Getting angry at somebody is the same as getting angry with a bike that just won't go. You should stop and start thinking.
