      @chetan: where are you man??

      @Inder: ^^ HAHA

      @Naren: what Anup says is correct...Michelins...better than what you have at the moment!!

      @MotoB: Sorry to hear about your broken exhaust (your bike's I mean )...hope you came out unhurt when you slid...

      @Neuto: You escaped just cause you had your ridin stuff on you...

      @chetan, MotoB, Anup: next time onwards, we mite have to make it compulsory for riders to have ridin stuff...
      Our project is still incomplete...a meet without casualties...

      Yes i agree... riding gear is important

              I am hoping under 10K (mostly it will be take care by insurance)... About 2 K from my pocket.

                Hmm...actually this may be just some co-incidence...but all the RTRs that we have seen slidin down, the most frequent reason was that the rider entered the corner faster than necessary and panic braked where they either went straight or cra$hed...
                BTW...are you comin for the 25th trip?

                  well co-incidence or not i cant really say... but yes... the frnt brakes of RTR are pretty powerful and if u use them on the turn.. u r skidding 110%

                  25th is 99% not possible.. the fracture should heal in a day or 2 but doc said i ll have to keep the plaster for 4 weeks... so doesnt make sense..
                  also generally i tell at home "mom i m going for trip this weekend"
                  now i will have to ask "mom can i go for trip this weekend"

                    very easy way to say...you are screwed

                    anyway...hope taht you recover fast and join us on the next meet

                        honestly i can vouch for M45...sakura is good too...can ask darth_lucifer for inputs on that....
                        I can also recommend the FKR and VRubber also for that matter...MRF tyres were good previously but now a days their main aim is to get good looking tyres by copying the perreli and Michelins...

                        @Inder: not all can afford a riding gear...from next time onwards all the oldies are responsible for the ride....lets make sure that the leader not crosses the 60-70 kms per hr mark on highways and 40-50km per hr on street roads. And rest of the oldies distributed between others...Sweeper also should be one with a fast bike and sensible head...
                        Have a proper check done before the ride starts....stop at regular intervals for the convienece of all...(rather mark the stops before hand only...either after ever 30-40 minutes or 1 hr of riding or 50kms or 70kms.....

                        Also noticed one more thing in this ride.....Please ensure that everyone parks the bike properly during a pit stop...no double or three bike parked parallel on the road..park it in a straight line towards the end of the road...

                            • Great to have you back and posting Niranjan! The videos are 300 Megs + half uploaded. Rest are in progress at 15-20kbps (!@$%Tinypic). I am not mathematics export, but that will take a while...

                              Nice teaser Koustubh, but I can't see me anywhere in there!

                              PS : To add to my agony, my introduction was completely corrupted! I envy everyone whose intro was intact! I guess I'll never be a TV star. >
