      Ah, things couldn't get any better mate. Its a diwali gift indeed bought by myself, for myself . Lots of things gonna happen in next 4 days i guess. first ever group ride for 700+ kms, a new bike which I wanted from the day I heard about it and making some new friends. Each second is difficult on my now. just waiting for clock to hit 3.30 am and I will start

        Guys, without wanting to sound like a wimp, what is our plan in case of rains - which looks very likely now?

        Do we still start out as planned - wait for it to subside, or what? Just curious. Deva and I should not have any problem obviously!!

            The plan holds good even if it rains / if it doesn't rain. Let us take a call once we start / when it rains very heavily.

              +1 , I feel its better to wait. Chennai rain is not so consistent , I hope we get some cool day tomorrow (no rain off course) till we reach our place.

                  Right now, the conditions are pretty likely that it might rain tomorrow morning as well. However, is it going to be heavy is something we need to wait and watch.

                  I'm pretty sure it is going to be rainy on the way. So it is advised to be prepared.

                  Please carry adequate plastic/waterproof covers to protect your valuables.

                        the group will leave cozee at 4 am so try to be there a little earlier.

                          it's raining here on the ECR - forecast is more rain in the morning - I think that this time I might actually be happier in my jeep!! Space for two more cleaners available!!

                                check out this site.. Today's Chennai Weather Conditions - in.weather.com
                                i used it for my/our previous rides.. its mostly accurate and gives hour by hour update. according to the site the weather is gonna be the same all weekend.
