The Official Ahmedabad offline Meet(G2G) Thread

Hey Guys,

10-12 guys from Mum-Pune xbhp are planning to visit Little Rann of Kutch and Nal Sarovar on the coming 26-29 Jan.Can you guys please help to advice if there is any place nearby Nal Sarovar where we can stay for the night.As per google there is only one Govt guest house.Is it possible to make some advance booking or its usually empty ?.Do we need to get some permission to stay there and how far it is from the lake ?

We are also planning to stay at Ahmedabad on 26th night.Somewhere near the ring road cirlce from where we had to take turn towards Viramgam.Can you guys please confirm if there is any guest houses in that vicinity.

Would love to catch up with you guys.

Forest Dept guest house is just beside the lake , i am not sure if it is open to public. and as far as hotels in ahmedabad viscinity are concerned u will find them around on ring roads so nothing to worry as such.

Sanand is the nearest town to Nal Sarovar, Tata Nano plant is located here and I am very sure you can find a good place to stay there as well. Will try to get you some contacts of Hotels in Sanand

These hotels are basically in Ahmedabad only but on the way to Sanand, 30 Km from Sanand and some 50 KM from Nal Sarovar, these are on the Highway and reaching there you will not need to get into the city as its generally very crowded in the evening.

Do let us know if you finalize, we might be able to inspect the rooms to check the facilities.

beruoist - please try to excape from Mumbai as early as possible cuz it will be time taking to cross mumbai .. and after reaching DY Patil Stadium nerul.. reach thane via Trombe cuz it will be helpfull you to cross mumbai with minimum traffic. if u go through Western Express highway it will be time consuming flooded with heavy traffic.. you can contact me if needed..

Dint know this thread ran on foot rather than wheels..

I'm new to Gujarat. Just got located here in Surat. And am only wondering if there really are people called "Bikers" out here, given that all the people I've met, owning a R15 or CBR250R, have not a pin of that passion for riding. Owning a nice bike, simply cuz they wanna look cool and that their rich daddies can afford them.

Maybe I'm looking in all the wrong places in this city. Which is why I'm here on xBhp to get in touch. Anyone from the same city with a similar passion, please PM me.

Hi Mate, there are a lot of serious bikers in Gujarat, unfortunately most are located in Ahmedabad, we are almost 45 xBHP Member here in Ahmedabad alone and we have very regular rides and G2G's

Hey! I am from Ahmedabad shifted from Mumbai and I hope to increase my diminutive social circle to include a lot more people from Xbhp! I often go on trips on my own to chiloda/gandhinagar/himmatnagar etc and often around the sp ring road. I have a pulsar 135 and hope to buy the new pulsar 200 NS.
