Hi Guys...I have done few trips now in Rajasthan, am loving it. First trip was to Jodhpur, and few short trips around Jaipur / Sambhar Lake / Nahargarh / Ajmer / Nazirabad ....lot more to come in.

The roads are awesome and I never had a love for night riding, always thought that night riding is dangerous & not for 2 wheelers, now I have to change my perception & say nights are great. On the proper laned highways, Truck drivers are not really bad, the 4 wheelers & the buses are bad is what my thought is.

Have proper lights and not to worry about anything.

Have a good like minded rider Deejay, who is ready for a highway ride anytime. I would appreciate your riding skills DJ...this is not a formal one, I really thought of it. It was great following you on the highways, can have trust on you and just follow, proper signals, having an eye on the fellow rider behind you, not sudden slowing down to stretch, consistency in the speeds, there is no cut through trucks etc..

Would like to see many such rides coming in the future

Thanks for your kind words Ramesh . I am just a normal rider who is learning new things from fellow riders on every ride.

And yes I am loving the night rides too!! Way too much fun than regular day rides

Game for an other night ride some time...this week ...it would be fun with few more people, dhaba's around, relaxing and reaching back early in the morning

So plan it, tell me any day, we can start by around 5 ish & can do some ride for about 200+ 1 way, take rest at some dhaba and come back early in the morning.

Else plan out something for the week end & ride out for some 600+kms...

Was speaking about a location Mahansar...180kms (This place is know for brewing liquor)...else Bikaner 330kms...

There is a place called Hanumangarh...there is a guy who has around 7 Military auction Gypsies which costs around 1 - 1.5 lakhs in good running conditions, 2000 & above models, can we go there, check it out if possible

Chill out and come back (Saturday evening we will start & reach earlier in the morning, stay back there, roam around and again post lunch if we start we can reach jaipur again late night...what do u say...

Mahansar fort has been converted into a heritage property and can ask for getting us something special there. Lets plan it with black buck sanctuary Taal Chaaper and some heritage places around. May be this weekend.

Now let me introduce myself to the other folks. I am Anukraman Singh, run a small motorsport outfit Western Motorsports which has a bike touring community Jeypore Bike Riders on Facebook. We are more of back road explorers in search of scenic locations and tracks and none of us are hardcore bikers but all love and enjoy to ride.

we can have a session on Friday evening over biking and leave for Mahansar very early Saturday morning enroute Taal Chaaper black buck sanctuary and Ratangarh. This would be some thing around 300 kms next day we can come back visiting Mandawa Nawalgarh doing around 230 kms.

You have another option of visiting Deshnoke, the famous rat temple after Taal Chaaper and stay at Teja Garden, Seruna 40kms short of Bikaner, a small resort kind of thing a very basic and is based on village theme this would be around 400 kms.

Next day from Seruna we come back to Jaipur via Mandawa (an open Fresco gallery) Nawalgarh similarly famous for architecture. This would be something around 330 kms.

he he...Uncertainity would be coming in for me from next week onwards. My family would be back on 27th and after than would not be able to spend this much time roaming around, can do once in a while.

hope its all been good what you have heard about me!! it seems riding together would take some time but yes lets meet up any day any time any place. We usually meet at Vaishali but any other place is also convenient. looking forward to meet

Did not see this quote before posting my previous post my advise if we got to Mahansar it should be for atleast a night to enjoy the fort stay and if not then lets do a round trip of Taal Chaaper and maybe we can do Mandawa and Nawalgarh on our way back.
