I am in a big dilemma. I am goin to calicut on 9th and will be back on the 12th(most probably) but sometimes 13th morning. So if the train gets delayed or something i wont be able to make it. So i am considering whether to give my name. What if i come inpromptu without the sponsorship. I am willing to take my own expense. Will that be ok? Or can u put my name on the list anyway even if i dont make it? help me out

i ve put up your name too in the list. As we are planning the ride only in the evening, even if you reach back by afternoon, you should be able to make it up . No need to bear your expenses by your own, we ll be talking to sponsor today most probably.

Gud work bro....Can we get the printed letters for Traffic, Metro manorama, Aisanet tmrw morning? so that I am planning to meet the Traffic authorities day after tmrw. The proposal also should typed in the logo paper. and we can send ths tru email. Pls send one copy of purposal thru my email: [email protected]. It will be better to quote a slogan related to safety at the bottom of covering letter. Hope one of the senior member will be communicating these developments to the mods
