You need superb quality painting and reasonable rate. There is a small paint shop near kanaka nagar, near museum road...AFIK that guy only doing the bike painting just go and ask the rates..

I know a guy doing "muttaayi job" at only 3.5k only for Unicorn that too stock colors only . Every other guys I inquired quoting sky high rates for shoddy jobs, cheapest quote 5k for which I have to dismantle the bike and leave it with him and clear coat not included I need the clear coat finish to be like Orange County Choppers , won't mind spending premium on that. Spending fortune on getting painted like rickshaw is not worth.

Guys... today I was taking a video of the FFE roar. While playing it back in the system, I noticed that there is white smoke coming out of the exhaust on hard acceleration!
I literally feel like - snake bites guy who just got struck by lightning.

i've got good contacts with some good paint job guys from team htrz...in my opinion they do a really excellent job, complete with clearcoat and stuff...and the rates...well...depends on the work, if u need a whole makeover..it's gonna cost a bit...if its just some minor muttayi jobs...i'm sure we could work out something! pm me for more details!

All started with makeover plans, Lamborghini Reventon aka F-16 fighter theme or a high-gloss "hotwheels" theme was in mind. Got a quote from another in-city team , way too high than my budget. So thought a superb quality single-tone paint job. Saw their Converse bike. Quality was too good. PM me further detaisl (their budget range and all )

@lijo,...vineeth areth recently purchased exhaust from joel and he is getting flames on high revz joel says its quite natural there is nothing to worry about

@kannan - flames may be ok... but smoke?? that too white smoke?? Also, I doubt if the oil level has dropped...

BTW, guys, today there was a Seminar on Road Safety Awareness and Traffic Rules at UST today. Our own Ragesh Kumar was there. I went and talked to him. He said he has now moved to Railways. Though there is much to say - the turn up was low and then people were leaving in between. Bad bad attitude. Anway, Ragesh made a nice presentation with slide show and also a small Q&A session.

Hi guys.. couldn't resist posting this.....Day before yesterday, i went for the Chris pfeiffer show at coimbatore along with sreejith and naughty vaish..it was an awesome experience for me...Met CP in person ..wowww what a show it was .. amazing one... Also had a chance to talk with sunilg but i totally forgot to enquire with him about our RSAC article in the next edition ..

@A.j - thats fine, coz I have to drop the Tirunelveli run until i change the chain and sprocket. Its reached the point where no more adjustments can be made... Also, I'm a bit concerned about the smoke in exhaust. So engine under observation for few days
