Motoman was done on the second bore. This is not that one.. this is the big bore... run for 1500 kms in normal sane, booklet break-in...
Once again, I think the oil is the culprit. There are two versions to the oil usage theory.. one says, gradually to synthetic, and the other says after run-in directly to synthetic. I've followed the first.

BTW, whats all the excitement about the 8th anniversary?? I dont understand. I know only 3 people who have been in xbhp since 2003 or thereabouts. For us its only 2nd or 3rd anniversary right?

sorry guys, unfortunately i cant be a part of the grand gala celebrations this time as i ll be out of station and will be back only by 11th morning. bad timing .

@lijo, now, whats the issue wth the bike mate? if its something serious , then it might be the oil. Last time , i serviced the bike outside(as you know) and he said its the third case he is hearing about 'motul synthetic' oil being consumed and seizure taking place, that were done in his workshop, a unicorn and two apaches. may be its not suited for machines like this ?!??

Met Fayad and Busaboy at Pongummoodu, the home town of Thiruvonthoram xbhp . Fayad came to oil shop to get me a bottle of Shell SS for Barricade. Bought new battery for Barricade. For last one month it was thrashed and bashed and all smoothness gone and it's rough like a Pulsar now
