it's not there in Ninja but the top speed of a Ninja is already recorded across the WWW.... it's betweeen 175-180km/hr... I have acheived 180km/hr once while flying low through NH07...
BTW ninja 250rs true top speed is 149.7kph as the dial shows 170 clicks. It was reported as same in the overdrive as well as Bikeindia Testride. Correct me if i'm wrong
