I donno if am the one to speak up. Anyway, as I go through this thread, felt like I should speak.
Fixing the G2G inside the state and close to cities seems great. Laddus go off in many minds.
For me, if it is happening within 3-3.5 hrs of riding, I can assure my participation. (Although not sure about parental permission)
And strict no-no for overnight stay. (As you say, we are kiddies..)
I think this will be the case with most of the students out here. Its upto you to decide. Once we ( I ) start earning my own bread and butter and stand on our own, things will change, for good. Untill then, we (atleast I) are helpless..
Anyway, it feels really good to see that you guys do mind our participation..

Does the jacket have back protectors or should we buy that as an accessory.

Guys I need your opinion. How is the quality of engine oil from bajaj dealers. Because after just 2k my gears are getting very tough.. Finding neutral is one hell of a task now.

We all know your situation...we dont want to loose you from kg2g... but never come with us making a lie to parents..that's why I suggested a near place less expensive and convenient to all...if you don't want the stay ride back before night..but we need maximum participation.. Please report here after getting your parents consent.Destination will be equal to everybody..so waiting for the list Do it before this month.

I back AJ bhai in this case.. we never ever take a guy who lie to there parents for the sake of the ride.. we appreciate that you also need to take part on the event..but your parents are above that to us. Well i say that you need to role model Remy in this case.. He has even stepped out hearing our words.

We will try for the maximum participation even though its 1 day 2 day or 3 day ride. But have 100 of tvm xbhipians.. only 2-3 raising there hands & speaking dosent make any sense. Each of you must speak in this occasion.

I dont mind it being in KL itself but is it that big a issue considering that its very rarely rides take place outside KL ?WE have to conquer the rest of the world too after all right? :P

from a long time i wanted to be a part of xbhp g2g my parents wont allow for a very long ride and ya never outside kerala il be in for a 150km radius thats the maximum my parents will agree
i assure you guys that i won't lie to my parents and come
even if they dont't allow me for the g2g i will come atleast at the starting point of the cochin guys and whole heartedly wish them happy journey and safe riding
i will try my maximum to get my parents permission and come for g2g i will tell them xbhp is safe riding and as RanjithMN once told me '' we too have slow riders for g2g '' so when is the g2g nov or dec time

Now give a tentive spot and date. (better if saturday or sunday). If parents dont agree on riding long, I can think of coming by our trusted KSRTC.

for the past one year i'm a student only during the exam season

Am in for any place in or out of kerala.but am on the tentative list until the final date as been fixed.Just gotta make sure the date doesnt coincide with my exam dates!

3 days and 400km are not for kg2g..that was Interstate or Tristate meet

chetta, the kerala new year g2g was at munnar right, thats what i was thinking..total was about 800-820kms...

Lots of reasons to make this one..

1. Fixed it for I day ride, but u guys skipped.
2. A new spot for u I think (have u people been here before..? )
3. Almost equidistant from both ends of KL.
4. Not too small a ride for Cochin group too.
5. And the best one - close to my home..

Great. There are lots of kerala xBhpians planning to go leh in 2012. Our 3 members are already in leh this time and not reached back yet.The leh planner 2012 is definitely encourages the same minded long tourers.. We will try our maximum publicity for this

@ALL ... First of all, a small appology for not checking the thread for a few days (Lack of Time) ..

Regarding the KG2G, as Fayad and Milan Quoted am also a student during Nov-Dec(hope so) this year.. .. If not and if i can manage other barriers, i will be definitely IN ... Anyway Put me in the "Tentative List".. You guys proceed with the plannings and all and let me know the Date and Place (Tentatives), so that i can plan my participation

@Placebo ... If you are "Lucky" and am "Unlucky", may be i can help you for the KG2G .. Let's hope for the best and I am sure that you are not gonna miss this event due to "No Bike" .. it only matters whose gonna help you ?

Damn it..only now I remembered, that I'm also a student and my exams too are gonna happen in November. By October first week classes will be over, then 25-30 days "study leave" and it will take the whole of Nov for exams. I thik Kerala Uty exams will be over before that. So December shud be fine..
