Guys, the programme will be held at kowdiar palace as usual. We'll start by 3pm so all of you should assemble at kowdiar palace by 2.30pm. There is a change in the route as directed by the asst.commissioner so it'll be updated tommorrow. Have to get a permission letter from him tommorrow. Please bring rs 100per head those who have yet to give. There is a g2g tommorrow at manaveeyum at 5pm .. Everybody should be there as final plans will be told there.

any full finalised route plans? how many are there in total?

guys use our own forum than FB. I dont use FB. try to discuss xbhp matters here rather than on FB. its a request.

So guys, everybody should report at manaveeyam by 2.15-2.30 pm. Our revised Route is Manaveeyam-Vazhuthacaud-thycaud-killipalam-attakulangara-perunthaanni-chackai-Shankumugam.
The Hault points for pamphlet distribution are - Vazhuthacaud-thaycaud-killipalam- attakulangara-chackai-Shankumugham.
The Traffic Police will be leading the convoy.
Keep the following points in mind.
1.All should keep necessary documents of their vehicles with them.
2.All vehicles should have Rear view mirrors.
3.All should be in full gear( whichever gear they possess)
4.The ride shall be in a two line formation.
5. A maximum of 10-15 minutes should be taken for pamphlet distribution at each hault depending upon the crowd.
6. Please keep in mind that the majority pamphlets should be distributed to motor vehiclists.
7.All having XBHP t shirts can wear it or else any black t shirt would do.

The program is as follows -
1.Welcome speech - Jayamohan Panicker
2.An introduction - Lijo Kuriala
3.Speech by CI Rakesh and CI Niyas
4.Vote of thanks- Nithin Mohan
5.Flag off.

The function would be ending at Shankumugham after some pamphlet distribution there. The Traffic police has promised to provide their Display van to be put up at Shankumugham .

We got the usual support and escort from local Police which helped a lot and our hardworking brothers from all over Kerala shared all their enthusiasm, spirit and participation in making the fourth consecutive Road Safety Awareness Campaign a grand success and writing yet another successful chapter to our activities.

Kudos to all you guys for organizing the campaign and thanks to all for sharing the pictures.
Its awesome that you guys took the time to spread awareness and create/distribute pamphlets. It always feels nice to be a part of the XBHP community when these types of events are organized, and even more special when they happen in Kerala/TVM .
