So the Date is Confirmed. It's On sunday, 26th May . So everybody please pour in your suggestions regarding the tees, Pamphlets , Banner etc. There is a question whether we need tees or not

If the tee's are finalized for the kerala g2g i think we won't need for this event. Or we can get one for this event and leave tee out of kerala g2g. No need for double expense in my opinion.

bro,the tee for kerala g2g wont be enough as participants for Rsac would obviously be higher than the g2g. And the kerala g2g has got some more time. I suppose its better to avoid the tees as majority would be having the previous year's tees. This would keep the expenses under control.

I'm a Newbie here and this would be my first G2G and RSAC so I don't have the tee as xbhp store is out of stock
Can I stick to casuals
