Anupam, today I couldn't able to come and more over tuesday is not good according to me First of all we have to decide the date of campaign and all the programme shedule and finally invite the Police department with invitation letter. Then we can add their plans too. We are the real heros, Traffic Police department is the secondary thing. So plan first. what are we going to do the campaign day and what will be the expense and how we can obtain the funds etc. I heard that this time the campaign will be at Cochin. Is it right?

If there is no drama and projector show, we can share the fund among us. Just need the notices and banner.

Very less people turned up for the g2g,. We got three date options. May 12th,19th and 26th of all being sundays.. Saturdays are also preferable acc. To convenience .A collection of small amount from everybody will be enough for the pamphlets,banner and tees.Pooling up our contributions will be enough for meeting the ride expenses rather than depending upon sponsors.. The permission letter to the traffic copz and invitation to media will be prepared soon as we got copies of previous campaign.. All suggestions and corrections from all you guys are expected

To bring down budget we can skip the t-shirt, just my suggestion.

I don't know if my opinion counts, but it is a good suggestion. We are getting the T-shirt for the kerala g2g event anyway. 2 t-shirts will be a waste of money , when it could be used for something better.

I don't know if my opinion counts, but it is a good suggestion. We are getting the T-shirt for the kerala g2g event anyway. 2 t-shirts will be a waste of money , when it could be used for something better.

We are planning to skip specific tee for RSAC. So the ones for G2G can be put to use. Still not pushing hard on tees and most kiddies won't have much to spend from their pocket and if the tee is gone, 100 per head max would be enough to run the show. 90% will be wearing riding jackets, so tee itself is insignificant.

The university exams will be over by may 20 so I could come over to RSAC only if its 26 may.
Why don't we have a poll regarding the date so that we could fix the date when majority would be able come down to RSAC
