@All: Bad news guys.... On an offline chat with Rakesh sir today morning, he suggested us to postpone the event after the Pongala. I would say this will give us more time to prepare for the event and make it more impactful.

What we can do is conduct a H2G coming Saturday, discuss and confirm on the full pgm chart, Videos, Pamphlet, Presentations, Speech etc. Looks like the nearest and best day after the Pongala will be apt to conduct the event.... We'll discuss on the pgm and date during the G2G....

it's my fault... i had initially posted the pgm to be on 19th but Varun told me Pongala is on 19th. I have asked Noel to confirm when it is exactly from his Press resources. I asked Rupz to change it back to 13th since we have not confirmed the date. I've edited my original post also accordingly...

During Noel's talk with his Press friends yesterday evening, they were also suggestiing to conduct the event after Pongala since most will be busy with Pongala work...




@All: A H2G is planned on Saturday for fixing on the event chart for the event and to move forward accordingly. AJ has confirmed he will speak to Mr.Rakesh and fix on the 13th if we can all set everything by this Saturday.... Hope all of you can make it on Saturday...

H2G Location is yet to be decided, could be my house or Noel's house Paravoor.
Requirements: Presentations, Videos and other Material stuffs for the event.

We are still doing "pongala" on pamphlet making If this is ok by saturday then we can re think about 13th

If we go to A.j's place for H2G, soon A.j will retire from xbhp . So lets make it somewhere else, or have a E/G2G.

Never..It is so happy with you all again for a g2g at my home But this saturday one of my cousin,her husband,and child (NRI'S) staying at home for two days. So there is less chance for me to attend the g2g on saturday..because I must go with them for sight seeing I will call you about my confirmation.

Jayan, dont worry.. I think our boys are in exam fever..First,try to make some final touch to our pamphlet with the help of Noel and Lijo. If it is ready by now. Post it here and we can move the next step Monday onwards. Swaroop from Cochin also assured one video clipping got from Cochin Traffic police... Meanwhile just take a poll through the exact date for the event.lets see. Sorry.. I am busy with some unexpected family visits. But I think I will be free after 5pm today. Then I will contact you. Be postive Everything will be right soon.

I've been to hell and back doing event management/presentations especially with girls involved but what's worrying me here is, this is a new breed I'm dealing with, 'B-I-K-E-R-S'!

just kidding guys, I've asked Varun to sms everyone about a E2G at 11am, today at Kawdiar Ambrosia. We need time to fix things, postponing it to evening will delay things if patch-ups are required. Who all can make it in at 11am, please come along with the Presentation stuffs, Text materials, Videos etc what all we can use for the event.
