I couldn't chase up with Fayad yesterday regarding the phamplet... and nobody has any update on it's status either... Anyways, tomorrow pakka we'll go atleast with a draft copy of it to the delegates... Say around 9:30am we start our day!

I just called sudeep. He assured he will do the job tonight and post the format in the thread. and he also send one copy to varun. Jayan, If possible try to meet varun and collect one copy of the pamphlet and take 2 xerox copy of it with covering letter. Before going to Traffic office I will contact Mr.Ragesh kumar for getting an appointment. I think he will be avilable only after 11 am. If jayan have any problem with time then hand over all papers to me..I dont mind going alone there

Few pointers from my side.
1. Using a serif font (eg. Time News Roman) makes reading easier. Or atleast stick to NON-italic fonts. Atleast in this preview, its a bit difficult to read.
2. I feel a few sentences in the inner pages can be restructured for better clarity. I'll post them from home. Now a lil bit busy in office.
3. As we are looking at a larger audience than just bikers, can we, atleast in the last section of page 3, quick tips, include a few more points for safe DRIVING?

even i got the same thing to say, we are focusing on bike riders alone here but have added, "Always buckle your seat belts....."

1 more concern, what is the involvement of 'Road safety club' with our campaign? what are they doing?!

Yes you should prove your creativity please help sudeep for adding some attractive captions and points as early as possible.
Road safety club representatives are in exam fever Trust they will be active after the exam in this week. Hope they will be a added crowd in our road rally campaign and also expecting some fund from their side. Hey anybody enquired about slide projector and screen Days going fast... Guys WAKE UP..All are requested to be involve in this discussion

Yesterday I talked to Prince Aditya varma for the flag off our road rally..and he accepted the request. So another step is inviting the cine artist..hey noel it is your job and swaroop-Cochin also assured for cine artist. Lijo please talk to him.
