A Memorable Day!!

Came home exhausted but the excitement is still full on!! Can't wait to see the pictures!! My dearest shutter bugs let them pour in!!
My heart felt Thanks to Sherry bhaiya, prateek bhai, ravi bhai, Rathore sahab, all the senior riders (Sorry I don't know all the names), shashank, rahul, aseem, and all others (I'm sorry for not putting your names), new members, old members, the 2 female riders on activa (you were quite encouraging, rode well) etc etc for making this g2g a grand success. Thank you all for this sunday!! Looking forward to more memories like this, God Bless all, God Bless XBhp!!

Thanks xBhp friends for a memorable ride. My wife and sister enjoyed the ride. Thanks for showing the xBhp spirit of "we all ride together". Be it male of female and what vehicle one rides.

My loved ones felt really part of the group, right from the greet from Pawan, Bluemarine and 2 others (sorry, can't remember names) who identified us at the Dwarka exit itself. Leading us the to the Dhaba and the Karnal by pass. Encouraging words from old xBhp members like Sherry, Ravi, Sunil G. Keep up the spirit.

My loved ones were also pleased to see other females, Manan's wife, Aseems's wife and Kanchan in the meet.

The good comraderie was fully supported by good weather. The road condition was good as well.

Overall had a blast of a day.

Ride Report

We all started somewhere at 6:30, each coordinator reached there meeting point on time then we all started the ride till Karnal By-Pass & as we reached I saw there. We were some where 34 riders.

We got every Indian bike standing there with 1 VFR, 2 Ninja, BMW 1200R, on Highway with us.

A couple was riding that BMW 1200R for the world tour..... impressive

Then we started our ride till Panipat Toll Plaza so that Panipat team can join us, there we had some Jhappi shappi & photo session...

Then we stated our journey again till Jhilmil Dhaba to fill our empty stomach & chitchat session, we had a good interaction session there & after having food, everyone one got surprised when we decided to go to Karnal Lake..

At Lake we got our main photo session done by Sunilg, Then Ravi Bhaiya said "Kuch Meeth ho Jaye" and we pulled out chocolates, after having everything done smoothly we started the journey back to Delhi.

At Panipat Toll, It was time to say Goodbye to Panipat Team & continue the ride.

We once more stopped near Delhi entry check point & said Final bye-Bye to everyone & dispersed from there.

I must say a response like that for this much long ride was really great & my heartiest thanks to all who joined & supported us...
It was quite encouraging that two female riders on Activa also joined us.


IMPORTANT UPDATE: AS HARYANA TRAFFIC POLICE, HIGH COURT HAS IMPLEMENT A CHALAN OF RS. 100/- FOR RIDING ANY VEHICHLE WITH LIGHTS TURNED ON & ONE OF OUR XBHPIAN WAS WAS FINED FOR THAT WHILE CROSSING PANIPAT TOLL. SO LETS MAKE SURE IT DOES NOT GET HAPPEN AGAIN

As Pawan has written the report, just want to add few points, the couple whom we met were Nick and Kanchan from http://rideoverland.com.
And honestly it was nice talking to them and interaction with them was like we are talking to a friend.
It was a view for us and mayhem for others when we were on the Highway, who could imagine so many bikers will be there on the road.
The most common questione which was asked "Racee ho rahi hai kya? (Is there a race?)" And I answered , "Nahi , subah ka naashta karne Karnal aaye the (No, just went to Karnal for morning breakfast)".

Hats off to the ladies (n_venki's sister and wife, Mrs Chaturvedi, and to be mrs Aseem Babar) who were there and I guess they all enjoyed the ride. Their husbands, get their ids activated on xbhp .

@Chandigarh Guys : Good to see your enthusiasm and despite being you just two riders, good to see you there. Take the initiative and get Chandigarh xBhp rolling...err.. riding

@Panipat Guys : You asked for a G2G and we did it, now its your turn to come to Delhi

@Sunny Bhaiya : Galat baat aapki Will do a ride again and will pick you up straight from your home

And I am in love with the Chicken Paratha, thanks to Himanshu and Shashank for suggesting me that.

@ALL : Thanks for making this G2G a success, we would be organizing more rides in future so that we can enjoy the togetherness. Again a big hug to all those who were there and made this possible.
