No, nothing stinky or stale....just what was left-out this time. Some spirited yet thoughtful and involving theoretical discussion on motorcycle geometry, handling and control.
My suggestion for the next G2G: We sit in for a couple of hours of theoretical work, white-board, markers, real bikes to relate the knowledge with and a couple of models to get through with the concepts. Then discuss all that we have heard and said over eats and drinks.
Just one day of practice on some empty round-abouts is not going to do much good. Had all learning been possible through emulation and follow-the-leader, then we'd probably not have had schools, colleges and books.
Get to know the concepts, analyze them within and put them into practice during each and every ride. I don't recommend sticking your knee out on every turn on way to and back from work. Maintain sanity. Even in school, we had practicals once or twice a week
. And in a lab...The topic: a HOT favorite: Leaning and turning a motorcycle.
Say what everyone???

For this... Shall we bring some Pen 'n' Stuff..
