But, i'm more concerned over staying there for the night.. Have heard a lot of horror stories about forest reserves..

As the poll itself reveals that most people will be fine with the dates of Feb 8-9-10 (Fri-Sat-Sun). These dates are now CONFIRMED FOR THE INTERSTATE MEET.
Ill be updating the first post soon enough with the updated list of riders.
Secondary note for Pune guys (esp Inder)
Ill be in Coimbatore on Jan 26th-27th for trackdays and will be heading back to Pune via the coastal highway of Karnataka and turn from Goa -> Pune (or Gokarna) after that.
Most likely will be riding with you guys to the interstate
or will be joining from Mumbai, depending how well my ride plan for the south executes in January
