Ok.. it started with a Dull day,we headed from our own place to unite at xBhp Dhabha to have some food and chit-chat and to also discuss about the next ride!
I was the first one to reach there and then Shivanshu and then Sikh_biker later on joined by kunjal,addy,bawa,chintu,desideep + olias,dcs + 1,ravi bhai,anshul ,rpm boy..
had lots of jokes, and real good expireinces some new some old shared by c_sbk and some expiriences of c_sbk in Lucknow..
then came the round of having foood,statred to glurp that and finished with it by 10AM then some of ud left for karol bagh and some were really in a mood to ride,so they started off for Manesar,On tthe way i was back i got the News that "FasterthantheFastest" has met with a crash and has got a fracture in his collar bone,i beilive that was the newS...

Anyhow, I hope and wish he gets well soon, but then again a collar bone fracture is something that will take time to heal.

Also, how did Olias found our "moped" - the Pulsar 220!?

Ok. Huge misconception here. There are lot many factors which contributes to an accident. If an idiot(riding a 200 with pillion) suddenly decides to cut in front of you & then suddenly brakes, I believe there is little even Rossi can so about but crash into that idiot. Gurgaon toll plaza is off for bikers now. This accident happened in the service lane where "So called" slow bikers are now forced to share space with three wheelers. I wonder how many cars (m leaving bikes here except the sbk's) can overtake my MOPED 220 without breaking a sweat on the expressway.
Anshuman is now fine. He has also removed the sling after advise from family doc. Visited his residence last evening. There wasn't any fault of his own.

@RX: Misconception, it might be but then again from what I have heard from the grapevine is not pleasant really, trust me! As for even Rossi not being able to avoid a "maniac riding a P-200 with a pillion cutting and braking", that's precisely why Rossi is on the track (where he belongs).

Good to know that he is doing good. We all wish he gets back to his feet and his bike soon enough. Actually, one can avoid such situations like you mentioned. Service lane or the main expressway, one should not forget the surroundings that he is riding/ driving on.

As for the MOPED P-220, that's what Olias must have felt, I am sure! I apologize if I have hurt your sentiments by calling your "power bike" a moped! As for "how many" cars can overtake our 200/220s, etc., believe you me there are PLENTY! Just because you can cut through traffic and zip like a crazy lunatic (just an example, no offense meant obviously) does not, in any sense mean that you are the "Lord of the Street"!

This anger was actually aimed at the Administration who came up with "brilliant Idea" of not allowing "slow moving" two wheelers on expressway. I also believe SBKs are also been considered in "SLOWEST MOVING VEHICLE" section by these Gurgaon Administration

Yeah 29th March.... morning 7am came out to clean my bike...weather was excellent....cold winds making you feel more lazy and the want not to be out.....but xBhpians.... we are their to explore...so as per the conversation with rpmboy the previous night came down at 730am all ready to leave for the Dhaba as sikhbiker was to be ther by 745am... but I think rpmboy was affected by the weather so he was to take 10mins more... I could not resist the weather so i called him and told him to meet at dhaba.....

second kick and my bike roared.....she was all ready to cruise in this lovely weather...so we both left slwly enjoying the wind blowing on us...then as I neared dhaba I saw only L.P. as usual in his evergreen evercheerful behaviour showed the hand sign of wher the bike was to be parked..... he was literally shivering...feeling cold... then saw sikhbiker's missed call on his cell... he was asking me as to wher are we as he is waiting at dhaba....me and L.P. got confused and told him that we are ther since 740am so he got the point ..... xBhpians dhaba is the only dhaba...one cant stand at any dhaba and call it the DEN of xBhpians.... so within 5mins he came to our DEN.... in the mean time Dharam got up (luckily in time today as L.P. didnt have to kick them to gt up).... and then came Kunjal,Addy,Bawa,Chintu,Desideep, B2L, Olias,Dcs ,Ravi bhai,Anshul ,rpm boy and with the coming of the xBhpians the tea started and group got bigger and bigger....... and ofcourse then L.P. and Kunjal as always having fun in their own ways

It was great as the weather was excellent and grouping was bigger then last time as well.....and then Ravi bhai with his Endura and dcs with Access125 was the center of attraction.... but we had galla time had many discussion about bikes, helmets, and tours and all... and then few friends decided to go to McD Manesar and few of us went back but a nice gathering overall... I got to meet some old members as well.....and then pics were taken and Olias was takign his own pics...hope he enjoyed it out here...good to have an international xBhpian.

and as per my experience till now...its just my second meet but xBhp rocks already...... for instance I had to reach office at 10am but with the group i didnt feel like leaving till about 1030am so it was great overall...... and yeah had a knowledgable discussion with desideep about my bike and B2L always a humble and nice person to be with.

@RX: i have seeen not once byt many times,if an accident happens,it is actualy a fault of both the persons.



kyunki Taali kabhi 1 haath se nahi bajti..1 haath se sirf tamacha hi padta hai jo ki itni tez aawaz karta hai..

• If people fall off from their bike are people like me,Dragging and a U-Turn in Between!!
• Keeping the bike without the side stand,and then bike on me..
• Trying to Drift on Dirt track,bike drifts out of control!

Riding with confidence is good,But yea over confidence is always Bad!
I know,i have got to listen from many people about my riding also..but from some very good observer's they have said if you see the way i leave i make sure that the person coming after me can also take a cut easily and leaving appropriate space from him..
Probably if you would have ridden with us to chail -shimla,you wud have a different perception! If you consider me wrong!
It's Fine with me! i just want that while we ride,we shuold be SAFE,if some1 isn't we can correct him and the whole ride we covered him from both the sides!

At some or the other point of time we all have been warned/adviced to ride safe. Its Circumstances to be blamed for what happened, but at the same time the learning is to be extra cautious, be responsible and avoid such Circumstances.

No matter how much you curse the idiot P200 rider, in fact NO MATTER WHAT just look and tell me WHO IS AT THE RECIEVEING END? Wouldnt YOU CALL IT WISE to be a little more cautious and responsible and avoid such things. I know few still would say that these things are inevitable, but Guys we surely can minimise the instances.

And I seriously want to highlight THIS VERY MISCONCEPTION OF YOURS, that any vehicle which has anything over 1000cc has the capability to overtake your P220 easily. I just dont understand why the F can't you understand this small thing.

Consider what is usual and normal in India, a lot depends on rider and driver. Even the Guys on Powerful Machines save there a$$e$ on ring roads, even a mear 100cc can zip through but not them. Talk to any one who rides THE SBK and they always mention how tough is it for them to cross traffic, unfortunately traffic is in abundance almost everywhere.

PS: I appolozise for being rude, but its high time that this ATTITUDE changes for good.

Sunday started as a gd day for all I hope but smething bad really happened in the later half of the day. So,starting the day with Dhaba, i came late to the dhaba to find L.P,SHivanshu chatting arnd. Sharing jokes with the biking bro's ws all so much fun. We met with "BUddy BIker" and I apologize for mistaking him with jaspreet "sikhrider".
Stories of dogs chasing the machines and how to evade them were mostly laughed upon.Chintoo bhai & I were making most guys laugh. It was asusual Sunday mrng but with a bit more enthusiasm . Soon we were joined by Jim(OLIAS) and Desi sir ji ,Anshul ,DCS. Olias ordered some paranthas but wasnt able to make to the end when compared to L.P & us all. Ha ha iNdian mrng is heavy in North India. So, Olias satisfied himself with sips of "Mountain Dew" with his contagious smile .
Enter the one & only "Ravi Bhaiya" with his newest ride. Made to order 2stroke with SX-100 engine, Yam chassis, Honda badge(yellow wing), K&N proably et all. But as per his saying its not done yet. So, I didnt took the test ride of the bike, and hold myself until the bike is fully done. Still at the dhaba, 2 strokes are glared like anything be it Chintoo's, DesiDeep's, Shivenshu's ,and now Ravi Bhaiya's. May b the engine note and the pulling power of these engines pull us all lovers to them .....i mean the motorcycles.

P.S- Agra "ONE-DAY" ride is just round the corner may be in mid April , I hope L.P will start the thread soon.

Enter the Dipanker da with an attempt to lock the front tyre but the road was too wet to take the risk. So,parked the bike in formation .He also joined the bandwith of masti .
Some of us including me were eager to ride to Mc D so didnt order anything else of tea.
So, me , RX100.7050,anshul,angshuman(fasterthanfatest),budd y biker & his frnd opted to do the plan. The plan as I heard was to ride upto Mc D, then take a detour to Arravalli hills and return back to Del by 2pm, as Dipanker da had some to complete. It all looked feasible. Said bye bye to all and left for completion of the plan.
I need some fossil fuel for the ride and I was a bit short of the same. So at arnd Mahipalpur BP bunk filled 2.5Lt of Power petrol and Dipankar da doing the same work.
Angshuman(fasterthanthefatest) checked the "air pressure" in both tyres.
So we left the place very soon , I reduced the air in my bikes tyres to get the maximum traction as the surface was not so suitable for my almost bald front tyre, as I use front brake a bit more so I thought it would be gr8 to get the maximum traction from front tyre. We all do trust our selves in one way or the other.
So we five (RX,ANSHUL,Buddybiker,rpmboy,Angshuman) were riding in almost formation towards the target , when suddenly just an exit before IFFCCO chowk, that nightmare happened.

Some conditions I must clear out:
1.we were riding within our normal usual speed of 65-70kmph.
2.keeping safe distance with other users
3.trusting other WINGMAN(xbhpians) riders .

Situations that lead to the mishap with Angshuman:-
1. Our polished riding style , instigated the other poser bikers, but it seemed that they were dragging from kms before the incident.
2. Both ZMA and P200 were pillion and racing from behind, zipping et all.
3. We were caught in the middle, especially RX100 and Angshuman.

Scenerio of the cause what I can judge from behind:-

JUST WHEN THE ZMA TRIED TO RE-ENTER TO EXPRESWAY , SAW THE PCR VAN WITH POLICEMEN WITH CHALLAN BOOK IN HAND.

FIRSTLY,ZMA ,IMMEDIATELY APPLIED BRAKES AND WAS ABLE TO EVADE ANY COMPREHENSSIONS ,left the crime scene with minor injuries whatso eve ,I never saw him.

SECONDLY, THE PULSAR 200 WITH PILLION JUST APPLIED TO SAVE HIMSELF BUT ITS TOO LATE AND TOO LESS SPACE.
i think RX100 just judged the situation and stick to the service lane (moved ahead clear) but it was too late for ANGSHUMAN to take the turn. I guess the P200 left no space to evade. So , it was a hit or crash for Pulsar 180 DTSi ridden by our guy Anshuman.

After the incident the police noted the number of both affected bikes but i think missed to note the nmber of the ZMA for which it had happened.... asked angshuman do he wants to do anything with the P200 guy , they too had injuries but he was not in any case to fight.

Angshuman's bike recd - front tyre blown out, scratches to front visor, and soome alignment issues.
SO after that as usual the procedures continued and then we took Anghsuman to UMCAL Hospitals. god knows what they did , bill was close to rs.2500. Angsuman's younger brother joined us very soon to his brother's rescue with is frnd to take back the bike. Front tyre replacement costed rs.950, just to make bike to be ridden.

thanks for ANSHUL,Dipankar Da, BuddyBiker & frnd , for showing their support. I think biking is what connects us all .
Returned home by 3pm and cooked bread & egg and ate them as Breakfast-cum-Lunch.

I wish Angshuman's fastest recovery jst like his id "FASTERTHANTHEFASTEST"

Bad to learn about Anshuman's accident, seems like these days he has became an accident specialist, i remeber in 8th march practice G2G he managed to ground his bike and himself thrice that too in such contorolled environment. I feel its time form him to do a bit of introspection to see what is going wrong with his riding.

Just came online, net wasnt working yesterday. Read accounts by all. And I wouldn't wish to comment anything. I prefer to maintain my silence.
Btw, if anybody feels I am not a safe rider to ride along with, may kindly inform me before any ride, and it would fine by me to back out. Just do not appreciate people passing comments until they have seen my riding. Those who have done so would know who I am pointing to.
As for the offroading session, I was riding a pulsar alongside two RXs which were modded for offroading, so a fall isnt something I didnt expect, but was ready for it with the gear, thats the purpose. Am not saying that I intend to fall with my riding gear, but gives me confidence with it on, and to test one's limits one needs to try. I believe in trying and failing rather than sit on the side and think if could do it or not. Btw, if you would have seen, I believe I did take a lot of rounds before that fall, wherein I was leaning in a lot more than the RXs. Its probably just the concentration level fell after all those rounds which I accept I was not able to gauge correctly.
Rest, I still have absolute complete faith in my skills and believe you me, I will continue to ride the way I do coz I know what I am doing best.

P.S. My id still remains the same, n will continue to be so. Maybe if I shift to the south and get to be on the track, and I may be able to do justice to it

P.P.S. I am fine and should be back on my wheels within a month I suppose.
