The Official Delhi Offline Meet(G2G) Thread

Yes inspite of Dipankar Da and me loosing our sense of direction in the heavy rain at 0500hrs, we reached the xBhp Lane quite late. only LP was there, then came Shashank and Sherry Paaji followed by Diablo and Titanic. Pawan and Jatin met us at the toll. And our own Aseem met us at the dhaba in front of Damdama Lake road on the main highway

The only first timers in group riding was:
1. Diablo.
2. Titanic.
3. JayHayWire (Jatin)

Thanks friends it was good to have you and to interact with you as well. The first fall happened was while going in the narrow roads of Damdama Lake. Diablo felt trying to dodge a pot hole and in that he locked his front brake, hence he fell down. Second happen when Titanic in hurry to save Diablo tried to park his bike on side of the road without realizing that the mud was slushy over there. The third fall happened when LP went ahead to take our pics, and his bike fell, Dipankar Da out of excitement tried to take a detour from the main road in order to reach LP and he landed in the Bhains ka pool - a nalla. And we all roared to laughter. Except Titanic nobody was hurt. We all went ahead to Damdama Lake and it was fun and then we went to hill top restaurant across the highway, where we did chit chat before leaving back for Delhi in this heavy rain.

I know many of new members missed this. I want to say only one thing , try to pour in upcoming rides in future, irrespective of the weather. We all had fun today though we were all drenched, but still I loved it and enjoyed it. Was an honor riding with some old members and the 3 new members who came in. Thanks to all.

Actually when I fell down, even I couldn't stopped laughing since it was most stupidest fall ever!! I just slowed down to cross that drain & tried reaching for ground to put my foot down, but since there was quite a depression couldn't find a proper hold & fell down!!

But guys, serisously we had a lot of fun & thanks to all of you guys. Last time I went to Dumdama it was raining & quite a lot of members backed out.

Dada… I was also delighted to see you all in such a rainy day… it was something that I experienced after long time…the old memory was refreshed up…( hope we get the same time back in group) … I really don’t feel bad for all who step up.. but I must say that they have missed Bhains ki aankh....

I apologise I could not join you guys. My initial plan was to come with my wife but we both had just recovered from viral last week only so didnt wanted to risk getting ill again.

You Will be much more disappointed to know, that 80% of the poeple were riding this sunday, everyone's Facebook is full of updates and pics.
But they have n no of excuses for not turning up for the official one.

In the mean time: I will request people, All of us from Delhi, who think that we few of us are trying to revive the spirit. Can we all meet up at the xBhp lane at JMC rather than Dhabha, we can Ride to the dhabha later.
Initially we want everyone to come to xBhp Lane!

You guys really had a blast of a ride. Nice pics and logs. Just one request friends, just be a little more cautious while riding in rains to avoid any accidents. Minor injuries at times proves to be fatal.
