3 days and completed 3k so its old bike its a second hand bike ..

i think if u have all papers u can come wid us it dosn't matters that bike is on your name or on someone else name..

Vikas: Two scenarios I will quote to make it simpler

1st: Guy riding without valid papers invites trouble for himslef from the authorities.

2nd: Guy riding in a group without valid papers is inviting trouble for himself & others too from the authorities.

What you mentioned is incorrect, authorities can't even utter a word to anyone else in the group, provided they have their complete documents.

Please pour in your VALUABLE suggestions please. Would it be better to meet at XBHP Dhaba (Qutub Institutional area) or XBHP Lane (Dhaula Kuan)? Why I suggested Dhaula Kuan is because we will have to take the Gurgaon toll way.

xBhp Lane would be better for the same reason you mentioned. And is easy to reach there rather than Dhaba.

Guys Till now we have received 12 response & following is the summary

Damdama lake: 11
Cheetal Grand: 1
Adventure activity: 5

we will not be able to go for adventure activity because head count is less
but I will surely arrange some thing which we have already done last time when we went there so it will be a surprise for new bees.. I hope they will enjoy..

So Finally we have got the location confirmed it is Dumdama Lake near Sohna

Date - September 4th, 2011 (Sunday)

Time - 0500 hrs - at the xBhp lane, behind Jesus and Mary college.

Meeting Place - xBhp lane : JMC

Destination -DamDama Lake

The rules for the ride remains as they have always been:
ATGATT (helmet, gloves, shoes, jacket and knee protection) for the rider and at the very least a helmet, long sleeve shirt, full length trousers and shoes for the pillion.
Bike papers in order (DL, RC, PUC and Insurance - all valid of course)
Riding with respect for the law and other road users and actions that exude a strong bond of shared passion for motorcycling.
Remember - while on the road YOU are the face of xBhp.

Map For those coming from Ring Road:
We will be leaving by 5.30 from the JMC Lane!
