Dear All,

Spoke to Atithi beach resort which seems to be the cheapest. Has accomodation for 37 people and can accomodate more (has hosted about 70 people). Cost for renting out entire resort is INR 13300/- per day wchich comes to 26600/- for our stay. Assuming that there will be 40 people, per head cost of stay for 2 days will come to 665/- per person. Food and Drinks are separate. Will try to negotiate for a cost including meals which may be slightly higher. Incase anyone else wants to speak to the resort manager; you may contact on +91.8879049888 ( Dhiraj Thakur). Please give me a confirmation so that we can start collecting funds and atleast make payment for booking. About time to nominate the Respective zones Co-ordinator. I suggest @beruoist for Maharashta, @sunnypanchal or @POS for Gujarat & @saquib3005 for South. Lets get this done!!

I think its very reasonable. If we are able to get a rate including food @ INR 1000/-, it would be a steal, since most would be having all 3 meals on 19 and Dinner / Breakfast on 18 / 20 respectively

Any other facilities at the resort? Like hammocks / WiFi etc?

Its right on the beach. No wi-fi. Non -veg is charged at 150 per plate.I suggest we seek other options outside the hotel for one of the meals. I would say about INR 1400/- including meals and stay is what would be the approximate cost.

Looks reasonable, we should go ahead and book it as soon as we can get the collection etc. sorted. There is a place called Bamanghal, some 9 odd kms away from Velneshwar at Hedavi beach, this beautiful natural wonder is a gorge in the black rock patch and is around 20 feet deep, 35 feet long and 1-2 feet wide in dimensions. During the high tide, the sea water gushes in and splashes around. A must visit place nearby.

Please appoint respective zone leads and get the collection done. Its a long weekend and we dont want to miss out on this booking because of laziness.

That comes out to be very economical JayD.
It would be much better if you all can easily coordinate with the resort guy and finalize the exact amount, so that you know exactly how to avoid raising fingers and confusions.



Better will be if we get cumulative amount.
Thats a good point you mentioned to separate out one meal.
I guess if we say him the approx number of people joining, he may calculate and give the exact amount so that we can easily divide among ourselves.
@JayD if possible koi pic ho Resort ke rooms ka then it will fuel up the excitement.
It will be better you take bit time(1-2 days) more and then discuss on our whatsapp group. We will finalise and post the complete details here thenafter.


Thats a very good idea. Hope 19th April we will roam around such places and enjoy all together. MH guys are the host, aap log pilaaaan bana lo.

Not to be a prick, but can AP be added as well? Might be the last time you have AP, Post June 02, its going to have to be TG (Telangana) and SAP (Swarna Andhra Pradesh)

the font size of xbhp.com can be increased as it is barely visible on the front.

we can add a pic of a bike on the front. preferably not a bullet, as i gues we had a bullet pic last time also. an image of a fully faired bike seems ok to me.

for the rear i suggest we put a map of india mentioning "india's largest biking community"

I want to keep the design overall neat, with minimalistic characters.
I have used the tri colour with bold font to show the unity among the riders with some kickass burning speedometer.
But I will definitely work on some more design concepts keeping the feedback in mind.
