Log : Part 2

So, next we started to decide what to do and where to have snacks and all....as everybody was here..!! Suddenly, from no where Satyajit comes up with a idea of heading to Chandni chowk for dinner at "Khana peena jeena" restaurant. Then we had quite a lot of jhagda/discussion on the place to go...some(particulary me ) were suggesting going to MG road...bcoz it was kindda nearby from FC road. Then, next some ppl suggested we go to Baner Road to some good garden restaurant. After all this "halla gulla" we decided to head to Khana Peena Jeena only .

Everybody started their bikes, andy hopped onto NV's 220 and we started the ride. It was a real treat to watch all the 10 bikes going along/after each other in a formation. There were many on-lookers and many were kindda amazed seeing so many fully kitted riders zooming past by them .

To our good luck we didnt find much traffic while going from FC road to Chandni chowk . We all gathered at the restaurant, parked our bikes and headed for searching for a place to accomodate 10 ppl i.e. 2 tables + 1 table to keep all our helmets and Jackets(har baar ka yehi jhanjat rehta hai ). Luckily we got the place without much searching for it. Now, came giving orders for food so for this all gave this responsibility to Naren and he was co-ordinating with the waiters out there . Out of 10, 4 were not having food and they ordered some soup for themselves. Rest of the pack ordered a lavish dinner which included "Yummy" Chicken Kadhai and Chicken Handi and these coupled with some nice rotis.

In the meanwhile, we had our usual leg pulling sessions .. Jisme koi na koi bakra to rehta hi tha..!!! After the dinner was over and the bill arrived then again Naren was at work....dividing the amount amongst the ppl..!! Which he did precisely good.. Next time also you would be given this charge so be redy for it Naren(Just hope he is reading this )..!

We set out from there and reached the parking lot had some discussions going on(god knows what was going on that time, i cant remember now)..in the meanwhile Jatin(CBZ Rider) told all that plz somebody test his bike...so, for this NV volunteered and he set out for the ride. When he came back he told abt all his observations to Jatin and told one line in bold "Ye 550 rs. ka Air filter nikal ke bahar kar do, iski jarurat nahi hai....bike is choking at high RPM.."...!! By this statement that person could make out that NV was having some good knowledge so he started off with some more questions... which continued on the next 1/2 hr.

So, next we were heading to a taprivala who used to server "mast" coffee as suggested by Sneh..so we all head there and order for coffee for everyone..!! In the meantime Satyajit got a call from home so he had to leave that moment to home. Poor chap missed on some hillarious jokes from Alok and some one liners by Sneh..!!! I cant mention them here...but i hope all must be remembering that moment and would be laughing on remebering that..!!

Finally after our coffee and jokes session was over we head towards our homes.!! Btw, i forgot to mention the time that moment...it was 12.30am...

my god, thats quite a detailed log for a 3 hours meet.. Wonder how many pages inder will fill for a 3 day trip :P. But a good log inder.
Lets get to a good meeting spot next time guys.. Enough with the Roopali?Vaishali trip. The only good thing there are the passer-bys and that also we dont enjoy properly!! How about going to Durga Coffee House fully kitted.. That should get some attention our way!!

No place to park there...lots of confusion...any place in Aundh?

who can forget Alok's bewildered expression and Naren with the Coffee sitting on the ground laughin his guts off..all others trying hard to hold on to their coffee cups

Naah....Aundh seems to be some what a remote place..!! We may not find good restaurants/dhabas there..!!

In Aundh, DP Road CCD is very good hangout place. you can get tasty n sasta food at Delhi Kitchen dhaba. Some more good 'all budget' restaurants are there. If we meet late evening, all can vcome over to Cafe level 9 at ICC, S B Road (my office is in the same building). Ritwik n Satya have visited this place.

Well how are your reviews on the "Delhi Kitchen dhaba"..!! We can go there....its been ages since i last went to a dhaba...

My Mistake, 'Delhi kitchen' & 'dhaba' are two different places. Punjabi food at pretty reasonable price. But both these places are strictly 'no frills' mess-cum-dhabas. Do not expect fancy tables, finger bowls & other add-ons.
We other 'junta' doesn't like , we can always go to other better places like Sarja, Rajwada
