anjarle-harnai is gud but it's a small place

sharan: paud -tamhini will always be in "not-so-good" condition but it's your shortest route

bhatghar one from bhor & bhirwadi is bit longer & in better condition--joins to goregaon-mangaon

pen-vadhkhal is the longest & post vadhkhal route is fantastic right till you cross sai ghat

LOL... I have visited Diveagar either in rainy season or summer end, and whenever I reach there, I always found it dirty and stinky. My bad luck.

A Little help needed.

I plan to go to Diveagar this week. Haven't been to that place in the Konkan.
Is the route through Paud-Tamhini good? Any recent update?
Any alternative other than the Pen route?

And lastly, is Diveagar good? ( with respect to Kashid, Shrivardhan etc)

Diveagar is usually very crowded on weekends (AFAIR till some months ago). There is one beach that is between the way from Diveagar to Srivardhan. I think it is called Kondivali or something. The route from Diveagar to this beach is also very scenic where you are driving/riding just next to the sea.

+2 I also dont know the name,but beach is very beautiful and no crowd at all

Divegar got black muddy stinky beach , Kashid is way way way better than Diveagar. If you are looking for a good ride and a good beach, I would recommend you to go to Anjarle beach, about 30 kms from Dapoli. White sand clean untouched virgin beach and no crowd at all (morning and afternoon ). Pune-Anjarle around 240 kms.

Guards

Hi, i will bring all of the spare gear that i have.. last time i checked i have

1. elbow and knee guard set.
2. Srinath's gloves.
3. urvashi's elbow/knee guard set.
4. My own knee guard set.

Following are the things missing since we started storing extra gear with me

1. set given to Rohan guy has not been returned to me as per my knowledge.
2. one knee guard (used for skating) ,( this may be the guard given to rohan)

I did Mumbai-Diveagar-Shrivardhan-Harihareshwar-Mumbai 4 weeks back.

There was no crowd at Diveagar may be because it was raining.There was high tide entire day so, didnt get a chance to have a dip.

The road from Diveagar to Shrivardhan is a bliss.I spent most of my time sitting on the road and enjoying the view. Roads are also in a ok condition.
Keep your eyes opened all the time to spot beautiful Peacocks..

On the other hand grub shup might has place to accommodate all of us but it has stupid food...

All the signs are pointing towards you as of now. Better to donate couple of knee & elbow guards to the needy.

If AXO knee guards are available somewhere, please let me know as well. I went to buy AXO knee guards last saturday and it was out of stock at Probiker, camp. I also went to the Cramster store in kothrud to check out cramster knee guards, but didn't like them, so didn't purchase.

Hi People, this is Puspal from Pune. I am planning to attend G2G rides from next month. But I dont have riding gear like riding jacket & guards. So if anybody of you from Pune can suggest riding gear shops..... budge up to Rs. 5000.
