Our weekly G2G will be held at Hotel Roopali this time. We wish to address some concerns raised by certain members about the group functioning and G2G organising.

I have conveyed my thoughts to [MENTION=11065]niranjanvaidya[/MENTION] on some issues I felt deserved deliberations. I don't know if those are similar to the ones you have alluded to.

That last condition is a bit unfair to members who, owing to service conditions, are unable to afford the luxury of even being present in station, leave alone being able to attend, each G2G.

Therefore, before implementing any measures emerging from discussions, the minutes of the meeting could be posted on both fora for comments from all members, esp out-station ones. A poll too could be devised to glean members' choices.

I regret that I will not be able to attend this important G2G as my leave ends this week and I return to Sri Ganganagar on 29th. Do update this space about the proceedings and results.

Out of station members are of course not expected to be present. You can post your thoughts / suggestions / opinions / objection either on this thread or on xBhp Pune group on facebook or can ask some other member to present them.

It has been observed in the past that members do not remain present for the meet and then post complaints / objections.

Also as is the usual custom, any decision will be reached only by consensus. As far as my understanding goes, we have never been known for arbitrary decisions / actions.

I am really frustrated with yamaha service centers.

Which bike do you have ?
YFS does a decent job there...all the other SVCs can do only regular work...but you go with a problem..they are clueless.

Though YFS is better in that front but I guess SVCs prefer replacement than repair.

Let us know if you get to know any good mechanich for R15 bikes.

I am also with Kuntal's comments. YFS Pune does a real good job. Atleast I've never faced any issues till date.

As per our last discussion in yesterday's g2g. A dhaba g2g is organised.

Day and date - Friday, 4-07-2014

Venue - Bhajjan Singh Da Dhaba - Dehu Road

Time - 7.45pm

Google Map - https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/...8e2eb274e4ad20

Tip - The dhaba is just before the Dehu Road Toll Naka, those coming from PCMC and Chandni Chowk will have to take a U TURN at the Toll Naka for the dhaba. Also, No alcohol allowed for this meet, strict action will be taken against members if they are consuming alcohol before, during or after the meet as we do not promote drinking and riding, please take this notification seriously.

My announcement during yesterdays' meet in short:

Me, [MENTION=11065]niranjanvaidya[/MENTION] and [MENTION=19747]rohitlc[/MENTION] have decided to completely retire from xBhp. We will not attend any future G2Gs, not join on xBhp rides.

This decision was not lightly taken and reached only after intense discussing among us.

I am active since last 5 years and Niranjan & Rohit for more than 8 years. Now it is high time that we removed ourselves and concentrate more on other things.

xBhp is the platform which got me so many good friends...Only because of xBhp, I could achive my childhood dream of riding to Leh.....and I am forever indebted to xBhp for that.

We will remain good friends, we are available on phone, FB; if required.
