Hey people, I am looking to upgrade from an LS2( still wondering if it is the original) to a better helmet.

My budget is max 6000 bucks. I primarily ride in the city with occasional highway runs and tour around once in 4 months.

I was thinking about the SOL sl68sII unicorn or one from the MT range. I am not interested in modular helmets and prefer the safety of a full face one. Probiker in pune camp area is offering the sl68sII for 5850/-. Is it a good buy? Should I buy it from him or any other shop?

I would suggest go for MT Revenge, Cost around 5000/- and comes with 5 star UK Govt SHARP Rating along with ECE R22.05 & DOT Certificate, and NFC Technology.

The fun and games in Pune is coming to an end. My leave is over.

I shall ride back to Sri Ganganagar from 03 Apr. All are welcome to accompany me on the ride. The schedule:

03 Apr - Pune to Mhow (via Sangamner, Dhule and so on) (night halt)
04 Apr - Mhow to Ajmer (via Neemuch, Chittorgarh and so on) (ni halt)
05 Apr - Ajmer to Sri Ganganagar (via Sjangarh, Sardarshahar and so on)

Start time: 0600h from home; I anticipate being at Nashik phata around 0625 or so. We can RV there.

my roommate bought an Avenger from Aundh Sai Service Bajaj showroom. I went with him and saw that they had pics of Avenger and pulsar group rides. I guess it was the Sai Service initiative. You can sign up with them. Or you can call up your showroom and ask for such info.

xBhp is a biking fraternity. Like minded people from this forum roll together, regardless of what make there bike is!
Are you specifically looking to ride with an Avenger only group? Or it can be a mix of all bikes?

Anyways, Pune members would be able to help better.

Thanks for approval, merging and advice..!! No, don't have a preference only for Avenger as such, I got to know about one such group from Mumbai, so thought to check.. I have subscribed to this thread and looking forward to riding with this group..!! Appreciate your help..
