Everyone gives way for they are not sure if this strange sounding creature is something on the road or something falling out the sky onto their heads. So they slow down and almost pullover to the edge of the road. I was loling all the time.

The other day Niks was telling the same story about his bullet. So the moral of the story if you want to ride in peace in and around Pune then you should either own a multi cylinder or a bullet.

got back home from a casual visit to my parents at lonavla !

1. The bike has no overheating issues. While on my way back i was royally stuck at Baner Road. The roads under construction and the IT lads from Hinjewadi were let loose. So it was all choked up. But the maximum temp reached was 108 degree celcius.

3. You can hear the pistons oscillating in the four cylinders at certain RPMs. its so beautiful...even better than the exhaust note.

4. Average gotten outta this machine with decent speeds < 160 kmph is 21 kmpl. I am happy as the ninja delivers the same. Ofc anything above those speeds the CBR is gonna average at 10 and 11 i guess.

5. I loved the handling...cornering it at khandala ghats was a brilliant exercise...it cannot quick turn into the corners like the ninja can but is a lot more stable than the ninja. Holding a set out line is a piece of cake on this bike.

6. I gotta do something about the rear suspension. Its too soft for my liking right now. But thats easily changed with a spanner as the suspension setup can be changed. The front suspension is set at perfect stiffness

@ Spidy : nah man...i aint selling the ninja, its my first bike and has been taken care of quite well. I wouldnt wanna part with it.

Did the exhaust sound took a toll on your ears?

Hey vishwas sorry yaar i missed your name that day, i called people to join the ride since it was on short notice i called people and when nobody turned up we went because the ride was planned and was ON.

Rohan, are you heading back today as well! I can do with some traffic clearing service as well (though I am one of those IT blokes)
and yeah with the level 4 stuff above your shoulder, and the 600cc pumping power under your ass, corners, straightlines and every thing else would become easy! but importantly dont go overboard stay cool and stay focussed!

Traffic clearing service lol...thats a nice way to describe the pandemonium which breaks loose when the RR is on the road.
I would not be going to lonavla today so you are gonna have to do without the traffic clearing service
I would be somewhere at Koregaon Park clearing the traffic there.

I dont know much about the level4 stuff and shit but with the 600cc pumping power under my ass it really is very easy to lose focus and do speeds which are unwonted of me. But I shall survive .... I am browsing skin graft pictures everyday on the internets to keep reminding me of what the consequences can be. Those pics are really gory.
