hi guys, ithe following mail has been doing rounds in our office and i am also getting a lot of forwards on my mail id. so i thought to verify if what has been mentioned is right or not? hence put it here.

how is this possible? they already have huge stockpiles so if no one purchases petrol for a day, these ppl will simply hold the production for the next day.

AT THE SAME TIME IT WOULD HIT THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY WITH A NET LOSS OVER 4.6
BILLION DOLLARS WHICH AFFECTS THE BOTTOM LINES OF THE OIL
COMPANIES.
are our oill companies working under so low margins?

THEREFORE " Feb.14 th" HAS BEEN FORMALLY DECLARED "STICK IT UP THEIR BEHIND
" DAY AND THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION SHOULD NOT BUY A SINGLE DROP OF PETROL
THAT DAY.

THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN BE DONE IS IF YOU FORWARD THIS E-MAIL TO AS MANY
PEOPLE AS YOU CAN AND AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN TO GET THE WORD
OUT. WAITING ON THE GOVERNMENT TO STEP IN AND CONTROL THE PRICES IS NOT
GOING TO HAPPEN. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REDUCTION AND CONTROL
IN PRICES THAT THE ARAB NATIONS PROMISED TWO WEEKS AGO?

WILL DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. SO DO YOUR PART AND SPREAD THE

how is this possible? people who are riding on 14th will have eitherways filled the tank on the day earlier so how will this affect the sales of petrol cos in simple maths, the petrol that you were gonna fill on 14th feb, you will now fill it on 13th or 12th so effectively, the oil companies are selling the same ammount of petrol...

Ride Destination: Bijapur and surrounding areas.

Anyone interested in a ride to Bijapur on 12Feb and would be back on 13th Feb. Am planning to give my cousin brother a short surprise visit at his Medical College.
As per my quest for the road distance, it is at max. 350kms one way.

Road : From what I heard it sounds like the road is butter smooth with almost no potholes with an immense availability of Pumps, dhabas and hospitals on the road.

Which Route do you plan to take?

ARAI Visit - A Moto Cafe initiative

We are scheduling a DAY OUT at ARAI facilities and allow our biking/automotive enthusiasts friends to experience the real world of AUTOMOTIVE TESTING. We all have seen that over Youtube, TV, read in magazines, but never experienced in reality how it all is done, what actually goes into certifying a Vehicle - The Road Worthiness Certificate.

Lets spend time in visiting the facility, take real world experience and learn from the Engineers and Scientists on all about ARAI.

This visit will be organized on a Weekday, since ARAI is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

I was planning to take the route via Karad but now postponing the plans until the tigers are shooed away from the highway and the Koyna. (The recent tiger outbreak is the latest news from karad and I am damn afraid of karad these days because of that)

roads till karad are super good and there are 3-4 ghats on the way as well. I had been there 3months back while riding my uncle's bike Yamaha Alba .But from there, I have no idea of the roads except the highway goes either to kolhapur or Solapur.
