      Cameras are cheaper in SE Asia man...or Dubai... is there a specific model you want to buy. I have friends coming from there!

            I am looking for Panasonic Lumix TZ10 (if under 11k), Sony Alpha Nex 3 (if under 25k) and Canon EOS 550D (if under 30k) ... any of these will do for me !

                Head to Souq.com and find if its any cheaper in Dubai... (Dont expect me to price hunt for you! Kamino!) If not find the price at ebay singapore...

                    Camera rates in Dubai and India are almost same now ... checked it out from my friend there 2 months ago ... souq is also not giving any good deals now ... korea is the best place to buy cameras from .... anyways I wanted to know if any of the brands Panasonic, Canon or Sony offer International Warranty ?? ... I guess the cameras brought from SEA don't have it

                      ofcourse they do... my Sony H5 purchased some donkey years ago had international warranty. Prices in Dubai etc looks same, but they have better deals and freebies...

                        East or West (Literally speaking) ebay rates are the best(mostly). Head to ebay.com search for hong kong based sellers who ship worldwide. Insist on getting your package insured.

                        P.S.: I find this site http://www.digitalcamera-hq.com/ very good to research AND look for the best pricing. Ebay still tuns out cheaper than even the cheapest ones considering the amount of freebies they offer in the standard it. Eg. I bought my camera with 2 extra batteries, 2 x 8GB memory cards, screen guard, UV filter, Tripod, lens cleaning kit & international warranty for 6k less than the price it was retailing here in India off ebay.com (HK based powerseller).
