If I am not wrong, they must be using proxy servers, which redirects the traffic from the actual servers to bypass the blockage. We used to use them in Hostel for Facebook and all. You will find many such proxy server sites on net. And howz life in China? Put up some pics on FB profile.

actually, i am on a work related trip so cant hang out other than sundays. except for the fact that you cant comunicate and that people here love rules, its very much like a day if you dont move out of Koregaon park. most of it here is very clean, very tidy, very organised.

not much bikes here. except for the 20 mph electric bikes. actually, I will be roaming/exploring the city tomorrow.

fb is banned here. not even proxies work for that.

Are probiker and cramster same in terms of quality?
asked the probiker guy and he said they are made by the same manufacturer only branding is different....

In CHINA proxies wnt wrk.. as they filter sites at Gateway level..... Bad place to be... hope they realise... xBHP does not talk about Freedom of speech or Dalai Lama...

Probiker sales only spurious goods. Do not buy any safety gear from that shop. Good alternatives are Cramster and DSG. If you wish to spend more, many other brands are also available.

If you post any message on sms channel, it automatically goes to all who have subscribed to the channel. You can't send message to selected members.

I envy you guys. Regular meets, rides, a real camaraderie and esprit de corps among you. Rajkot has no biking group I know of yet I have seen a Hayabusa and one Intruder (god, she was HUGE...) on the roads here. Guys, still no feedback about handle bar risers barring one. This is THE only issue with my CBR, rest is perfect...

i dont think hard rock cafe is a good idea. though the ambience is good the prices are sky rocketting, it would be better if u would go for stone water grills, or hidden place in kp..... hidden place also has a thursday bladder bash... unlimited beer untill u pee.... most of the places are usually opean untill 11.30 but they go upto 12 nt more

Ya Pune that way is pretty active....its heaven for bikers along with terrific weather. Have met a few people only though but thoroughly enjoyed

@nin, I will be away for quite some time now but i hope i will still have the right to spam the threads back in pune. (and maybe Amchi mumbai)

Ironically, I expected shanghai full of offroad bikes and its likes but it isnt. infact most bikes here are some suzuki 125 cc bike disguised as cruisers. no sbks or offroad bikes at all. the best part is you have bikes as taxis.

yup you read it right. and i rode of of them on half the trip to the office (half because I was riding the bike and I was challaned for not having a proper bike license cos Indian license don't work here)

hope i will be back soon.

btw,once i wore the xbp shirt to the office and then i realised that people know whats xbhp! 2 guys whom i currently know are aware of xbhp and read the "HARD TORQUE" AND "HELP ME " forums regularly. whats more is that xbhp is banned in china like most other social sites. so these guys use something called as proxy site .

Whatever you do, do not punch anyone there! Am told they know kung fu! Even the pandas there do!

First ride, and with destination to Rajmachi is NOT advisable
