My first session was really poor(naturally). I was braking at almost every corner not knowing what I'll find ahead. Slowly started pushing myself and the bike. After just one lap, saw the first victim of the day. A P200. GULP! Kept urging myself to go on knowing fully well that one overenthusiastic move and I'll end up the same. Go around once more and see Manoj's P220 along with the P200 on the side of track now. double GULP! Feeling disappointed and scared I come back into the pit lane.
2nd session I fared a bit better. Went off track on the very first corner, C2. Doh! Oh boy not a good start but things got better. I was faster on the curves and hitting the apex hence exiting at better speeds. Entry was still a problem because I wasn't sure of what gear to go in in. I was about to enter C2 when vroooom! A Karizma zooms past me with an ear splitting sound! Kushanth's ZMA
I didn't know who the rider was then. I followed his line for a couple of seconds and I already see my speed was almost 5-6kmph faster on C3! Tried to keep up but almost went off track at C4. I don't see the ZMA anywhere now. I keep riding and try to remember how the ZMA rider was going around on some of the curves and learning from it. After another lap, just when I'm about to take the C6 sweeping curve, a RTR overtakes me with ease. Bloody hell its the same ZMA rider!
But I don't go after him this time. I was getting used to how poorly the P220 handles and I wasn't feeling confident. Praful lapped me once and he looked confident while taking corners. Not leaning much, unlike me, so maybe its personal preference. Came in sweaty and exhausted from wrestling with the bike. Thats when I see the ZMA and RTR rider was Joel
3rd session was my worst attempt. Was having a headache and the heat was getting to me. Thought ill end for the end but it was not to be. Joel had other plans with my P220.
My 'nightmare' curves were C2(I went offtrack here 4 times!), C5 & C7(An assortment of bikes overtook me here) and finally C10(The whole world is my line).
@Xinfii
Beautiful pics. Wish you were there much earlier when everyone had a go at the track.

what wrong has the small bikes done to you that you have decided not to touch them anymore
