For those who have "confirmed" as of now. The Tshirt order is taken. Going ahead, the Tee order would not be accepted as it has been taken into production. Tshirts cannot be ordered at a later point since we are making as per the confirmed registrations list.

I cannot understand why the Tshirt design need to be kept as a secret even when its taken for production. Don't you think those who are busying an item should at least see it?

Thanks for pointing that out Kochu . Apologies for not posting it on the thread. Cant believe we missed out on that. That said, the design was circulated amongst the respective teams, much before the payment process was initiated, but looks like people outside of the regional groups didn't have access to it. Even in my last post didn't realize that. Apologies again.

Don't take it the wrong way when I say that, its a terrible design. Any way its too late to discuss the design now. The design popped too late for that.

People have gone into design detail than looking at a bigger picture here that we going to meet.
Hey, let's not break our heads on simple things. We are not doing a business here nor any experts to compete.
Even I did not like the tee that was given last year, so we all have something to criticize. But I did not, as meeting riders across once in a year is more of an importance than these knit wear. Those who understood will know what I mean. Cheers!

Nobody have gone into design details here. there is no details to talk actually.

I am excited about the ride and 250 Rs is not a big deal either. When anybody comment on anything, why we need to overshoot things. Design sucks. So what I need one. Simple.

All this does not make a crappy design great. Last years design was made for a different color of cloth. And nobody said the design is crappy when I posted it on the forum.

The knit wear( or whatever it is) not an important thing, but why we need to make one for the sake of it.
I am a designer and design is very i important thing for me. I maintain the following:

1. Ride is more important than the Tshirt
2. I understand the hard-work involved in organizing the event
3. I will buy the Tshirt even if I dont like the Tshirt because I keeps it for long as its matter of memory ( this is how the little knit wear becomes important to me)
4. I cant justify the way the design was kept underground all this time. It could have been discussed.
5. I think the design is crappy.

All this said, I will like to drop this discussion here. Its up to any given person to admit that the way things are done is nice or not. For me its fine even if one wanna defend the doings. I am riding!

I didn't mean to hurt anybody. I gives my feedback straight as I am not a big fan of *****ing in the background while tapping on the back and saying "well done". Also since I don't have any obligation to defend anybody I just said what I felt. Sorry If I hurt anybody. I appreciate all the handwork involved.

well i think the design is perfect and sorry that phani didn't explain the design , the design represent the Kodagu district symbol , let me explain in a line.

the Gun , kurki, and knife/sword represent the heritage of the kodagu district and this district is one in karnataka which associated more with serving in Army from very long period even before Independence.

we should follow hence forward similar tradition.

How will I understand all this from the Image posted here? With the explanation you have given I think the design makes sens. But from the low res image I can say some poor layout and type faces going on. That is what all I meant. Either way it doesn't matter even if I dont like the design.

What is your opinion about the tradition of showing a products image (a tiny one) after purchase only? May be that too will be a great tradition!
