well i'm trying hard real hard for this trip. Lets see if i get someone to do my shift this sunday.

Also why don't we take our GF's, Wives and friends along??? we are returning the very same day, so there should not be any problem for them.. atleast my frd is ready for the trip

Delhi -> Faridabad -> Ballabhgarh -> Palwal -> Hodal -> Vrindavan -> Mathura -> Agra -> Finally Back to Delhi

Around 210 Kms 1 side from Delhi

i dont't think that would probably a good idea, as of now only you would be with one..and she would feel awkward between us and moreover we sometimes in excitement do not watch our language..
So probably,that's my opinion.. I would say a NO,until there are some going !

My GirlFrnd and all the freind's have a problem in going! for the trip!!

Well friends for the trip, I think that if the rider is comfortable in having a pillion whether its 'he' or 'she', others should not interfere, its the riders choice. the only thing which matter is that the pillion would have to pls with the riding gear and a proper helmet as well.......

Now, was this the only time that Agra could have been planned?
M going to Shimla - Rohru on thursday & so won't be able to join. Well, just to let you all know that I belong to Firozabad, 40 kms from Agra & know Agra's every street - almost. My bike has UP83 regn no.

I've done Delhi - Agra atleast 10 or more times, the last one on 3rd April. Four of us toured whole night & back; just to shock one of our very close fren. We took tea at his place & came back in morning.

I'd like to bring in some points from my side:-

1. Starting a bit earlier would be nice - at 3am. TAJ opens up at 6:30 & the best time is till 8 when the weather is cool. I've seen some of the best crowd at this time. No problem in riding anytime on NH-2.

2. Follow NH2 even after entering Agra till you reach Waterworks red light after crossing Bhagwan Talkies flyover. Take right..... follow the same road & it leads you to Taj. No hassles.

3. Do stop at McD's near Mathura Refinery. Its nice. The fire coming out from a long pit in the refinery never goes out.... even in rains.

4. There is Bijlighar bus stand 1km away from Taj. Have bedai-sabzi as b/f there. Its awesome & fav among 80% of localites.

5. This way the Fatehpur Sikri can also be done easily. TAJ doesn't take more than 1 or 1&1/2 hrs. Reach Sikri by 12.... 2-3 hrs in Sikri.... back to Delhi. I won't suggest doing Gwalior.

~ Other places of Interest in Agra - The Agra Fort near Taj, Sikandara Gardens. nothing else AFAIK.

I'd have also got the parking fee waived - local contacts u know.

Allright friends, seniors, mods and all I feel lets not let the tension grow .... it happened it happened let it go by ... as it is we as a xBhpian are a whole biking family here.... and friend of any individual, is friend of ours as well... so whomsoever wants to come along with their friends (gf, wife, friend) for Agra trip they are more than welcome.... ... and we all will make sure that it doesnt happen again........
