As you guys suggested originally, a focused tour around ooty, exploring the unexplored would be ideal for the butts especially for the ones heading from B'lore

more pleasure and less strain..

I have been to Ooty couple of times and hope have covered most of the places. However riding from b'lore, Ooty spots ideal for a day trip. If we spend saturday also, I suggest we can visit Wayanad as well. B'cos I haven't been anywhere except Ooty.
We have to wait for Subbu's opinion also, as he was waiting for his posting change, he may not able to spend 2 days for the G2G.
I guess Ram is ready to ride 2, 3, 4,.....days. He is more enthusiastic to ride his lovable blue machine.
However where ever you fix I am ready to vrooom....

@ Josh - Could you pls send me your TUP-Wayanad Trip Map, which you posted in your thread, in better quality.

That was a fast and sweet reply from u!!!! Ok, the final plan will be coimbatore - ooty - wayanad and back. I think bangalore guys can join us in ooty directly rather coming down to coimbatore just my opinion with regards to the kms covered by u guys. But if u guys wanna ride together then ur most welcome to Coimbatore from we can start together.

As of now the list of the confirmed members are:

Josh (R15)
sakthi (R15),
Arun (R15),
Ram (P-200) and
Subbu (R15) who will join us on 7th evening or the same day morning.
Keerthi (R15) - still not confirmed
Sripathy - not reachable for the past one week plus no reply to P.M's.

Guys, pls. find the attached route map starting from coimbatore as well as from bangalore. Suggestions pls...

whow.. this place sure has some activity now.. wow guys thanks for the quick replies.. well am ready for any trip with you guys be it OOTY or Wayanad, but i have a few things to say before finalising... just lemme know your views.

1) The roads to Wayanad From Ooty close by 9pm and reopen by 6am only so we will have to start our day early so that we can cross all the checkposts and reach Wayanad latest by evening, so that we get time to chill. If subbu is going to join us on the 8th morning by chance then he will not be able to make it to wayanad on time and would miss this G2G.

2) If the Wayanad plans are fixed then i would suggest that we all could meet up at bandipur or gundulpet itself as it does not make sense for you'll to come all the way to ooty and travel back the same route for wayanad.

3) In case the Wayanad plans do not seem to work out for everyone then i would suggest that we can stay over at bandipur and explore new places and have some activity rather than just riding around ooty trying to find some new place or hangout, this way even subbu can join us early if he has to leave on the 8th also... just go thru the below link.. this is a great place and its full of activity for guys like us.
