black ice , soft snow , stone mines , smooth roads , f@@@@d up roads , accidents , wild cats and wat not!!!
totally unbelievable stuff.. unpredicatable stuff.. wrong decisions , unknown roads.. riders fell , machines got broke but we kept on going...

in short :
day 1 : delhi-chail (app 365kms)
met akshay at ambala. payed a visit to bajaj and hhml dealers. paramjeet's and yogesh's bikes werent doin well.
it was 2.8 degrees outside the worlds highest cricket stadium at chail at 5pm!! chilly winds were blowing. hint of snow on the slopes

day 2 : chail - kufri - narkanda - baggi - khadrala - rohru (app 150kms)
loads of black ice after kufri
vikhyat and aditya fell !! saw an indica partially under a bus! very cold. no snow in narkanda!!!!!
after narkanda again snow and black ice. amar skidded and fell here. also did my highest ever stoppie on a zma (captured on vid)

day 3 : rohru - hatkoti - kharapathar - chaaila - chaupal (app 140kms)
made d worst decision of goin to giri-ganga , a 6km jeep road. loads and loads of snow and black ice. everyone fell except salil and paramjeet.
made another wrong decision of going to chaupal for the night.
vikhyat and yogesh fell on a turn which had diesel split all over it.
made it to chaupal for the night with vikhyat drivin wid no lights (blown fuse) and yogesh drivin w/o a rear brake! he fell once again in d dark wen a wild cat/cheetah came on the road

day 4 : chaupal - nerua - sataun - paonta sahib - yamunanagar - karnal - delhi (app 430ks)
things werent lookin good. yogesh had to keep a slow pace. he again fell coz of bad roads (his rear brake wasnt workin). came across stone mines and their f%%%%%g trucks and f%%%%d up roads. dirt,sand,stones were the roads.all of us were white coz of the white limestone sand all over the road. salil had a puncture.me,paramjeet,aditya,yogesh kept comin slowly slowly.finally made it to delhi by 9:30pm.

lemme tell u , dis trip has prepared us for leh. roads wont be worse there. at times we were covering just 8-10 kms in 30 mins!
total distance : app 1065kms
accomodation :
chail : kailash hotel (900bucks for 8 ppl)
rohru : hptdc rest house (525 for 8 ppl)
chaupal : hptdc rest house (500 for 8 ppl)

better,bigger,proper write up comin in 2 days along wid all pics and vids (of stoppies,sliddin,falling etc)

hey so u r back, thank god every one is safe with all those mishaps,

i exactly understand what u mean bro, did the simla kufri fagu trip this jan in full snow and black ice, it was like a worst nightmare, but still had some real adventure and fun.

i hope u enjoyed it too, even after all those pitfall, but must have been some adventure to say the least............

back home hurt but not broken will get the bike fixed soon till then gotta recover 4m d injuries and prepare 4 leh this year

b/w , my zma stood by me. her 5th trip to the hills. she is 23250kms and over 18 months old and she performed nicely. gave me 35kmpl overall on the trip. awesome . n dis includes ripping and teasing cars on the highway

hey guyz........ ufffff finally HOME SWEET HOME........ cudn't post last night... was very tired. newayz an adventurous misadventure........... my first trip away n mother nature taught me all.... black ice, snow, mud, loose surface riding, horse riding on a bike (yeah!!!), night riding, night highway zipping (d height of desperation), driving againt chilly winds at >90kph WITHOUT VISOR!!! etc etc etc.............. READY FOR LEH !!!
fell once... black ice, had never seen before n was ripping wen i was overtaking vikhyat... saw bunny's hand raised but b4 i cud know i was skiing... but fortunately i put my knee down as if cornering n me n d bike kept sliding for abt 10m... thankfully no broken bones n bike!!!........... after d rest was smooth goin'.
trip logs.........as bunny had posted.......... but the fun part was ripping the highway at 10:00 in d night. ripping past fat truck tyres...had good fun racing n teasing a fiat siena........ n these sucking car drivers, first they want to overtake u n then wen dey r in front dey slow down......... so wat i did i allowed dis guy to slow down......... n wen he overtook me i used to again overtake him....... thi happened for more than 10 times.......... he must have pissed off... LOL
also saw a beautiful chick in a qualis........ was zipping at 110kph with d qualis....... oh i just wished she cud have slowed down coz i had to pee n had to stop.......damn!!! reached home at 1100... n guess wat i cam 4m d ring road had to again zip past d f@#$ing trucks............. phew my eyes r somewhat fine now........ my right hand still hurts..... coz of hard throttle........... had clip ons!!! bad luck........
