RSAC '12 update

Today Jayamohan chettan and Jayan had a meeting with the CI of Traffic, TVM North following which there was a meeting today evening also. As per his instructions we'll be inviting the Police Commissioner to venue end point Shangumugham, AC Traffic TVM North and CI Traffic TVM North to Kawdiar palace.
The CI has few guidelines which the participating bikes MUST follow.
1. All riders and pillion if any should wear proper helmet.
2. All bikes should have working headlights, tail lights, indicators
3. All bikes should have BOTH left and right side RVM(Rear View Mirrors).
4. All bikes should have black spots (that reduce glare) on the headlight

Please note point 4. CI particularly asked about this and we assured him every bike will have one during the time of the campaign.

actually, i didn get the 4th point. And one more doubt, im running on hid projectors. Will tht be an issue. . . . I have read somewhere that tvm police is quite strict on the white light usage. Will this be a cause for concern.

hi fellow riders...am arun, a newbie to this biking community..wasnt an active but, silent member in this community for some time..i heard about the safety campaign that s going to be held on 26th and am really interested in joining this one...also this is my first 'xbhp ride' and the first long ride with my new ride
am currently pursuing final yr automob engg with dhanush (driftjockey-some of you might be familiar to this name) at salem(tn).
so i hope this will do as a small intro abt myself..and am lookin forward to experience the immense pleasure and lessons being as a xbhp rider
i hope its not too late to get me too on the list of riders for RSAC

welcome to the xbhp arun .. just pm to swaroop regarding your participation

well i hope you know : you need to be in gear , like helmet is must .. if gloves , jacket and knee guard well and good

and your bike should have both RVMS and indicators etc ..

i do have all the gears except for a proper jacket..i need to buy one of those soon.
