The Official Cochin Offline Meet(G2G) Thread

Its not mandatory that Thrissur guy also participate while Cochin conducting a G2G locally. When Cochin started, we have only 3 members and we do a daily meet ups, talks, weekend rides etc..


Like wise, u guys also can do these types of activities.

How many members are from Thrissur- hardly 3-5 right??? So guys do a small g2g on weekends in some cafe or hotel, meet up, E2g, small ride inside the cities..

Not required a separate thread for these cities. It may be go inactive ..!!! (Ex: Pathanamthitta & Kollam thread)

as told above we dont want to get seperated from you cochins..we will arrange g2gs in middle places..

why do you guys want to conduct the g2g at thekinkad? its crowded and i dont think its a great place to conduct a g2g. i was thinking about vilangankunnu. its just 5kms from tcr and it offers a few sceneries, especially during sunset.

was waiting for your suggestions.. i dont know good places in TCR, we can change it to vilangankunnu...as we want good sceneries too..
your suggestions are very important as you are very active member, moreover a tourer..

Also as many of the Cochin Xbhpians know, Saturdays and Sundays are working days for me unlike almost all. so pardon my absence in the G2Gs if I can't come but will surely try to come for the important ones

Had a great g2g at trichur with Prakritij,Vishnu,Sangeet,Jayakrishnan and Jackson. We had a small talk at the park and had lunch and set for a ride to the Snehatheeram Beach. Had a great time there.

I also have a funny thing to share, it happened while we were parting ways.
At Snehatheeram. A group of younsters saw us, with gears and all and the bikes, they asked me. "Is there any program here, are you guys conducting any races ?" i said no, and he was puzzled by thinking why we were in gear. lol... and a small school going kid also with same question. Are you people conducting races ? I just smiled at him and said no,the gears are for safety. He stood there and listened. Nice kid.

Hi guys, can anybody please check the availability of DSG Triton jacket in AQ ? And also enquire about its price ? Also what else models of jacket is available there.

Also on the gloves, have decided to go for DSG revive, seems to be most voted one for nice quality and long lasting(Riding gears Thread). Vector seems to be on costly side.

Guys , the thread is too silent.
Lets start planning the march 18th program. We had an another suggestion for the venue of meet up. We can shift it to there.
And timeing , i suggest we make it early at 10 or 11am then we get more time for meeting and riding , after which everyone can get home before dark.

So im updating the list, Vishnu and Sangeet promised their presence, Sunjay also, now its really turning out to be a great meet.

Peechi, Vazhani, Athirappilly, Chimmini, Azhikode beach etc to name a few. i've been to all of these places. but monsoon is the best time to visit these places except the beach sites.

And that sounds a great idea. That way we can avoid the confusion and someone who knows the route can lead the others to that place.

the problem with tcr is that it is not famous for its scenery. its famous for its heritage sites. tcr wont have a lot to offer as scenery like idukki. we could go to the few places i mentioned before. but those places are just average in comparison.

Yupp. Then, meet us at Opposite Ragam theater in Swaraj round.

So the plan is to meet at the same place we met on 1st march i.e opposite Ragam Theater, Swaraj round. And meet up and a lil ride to vilangankunnu.
