This thread is to discuss on which date and how to arrange a G2G to enable Delhi xBhp members to donate cash for the Dream a Dream NGO for underpriviliged children. It will also be a meet to support Rahul (bluevolt) as he goes around India on his Ninja 250 for the same cause.
Ideally there should be a a couple of persons taking the responsibility of arranging the meet in Delhi, collecting money from the members and then depositing it with Dream a Dream NGO.
I would request Delhi xBhp members to please discuss how to go about it here and who will take the responsibilities.
Donation Tip: You can donate an amount which is equal to the number of CCs your motorcycle has.

How does the donated money reaches the concerned organization? Suppose, we at Delhi G2G collect 'x' amount of money, whom do we contact to give that money, so that it reaches the underprivileged children...[/QUOTE]
The responsible volunteer will collect and declare the money collected in front of everyone at the meet. He will then deposit the cash in Dream a Dream's (DaD) bank account . The bank a/c details will be provided by DaD later. DaD will then issue a reciept and send a copy to the volunteer depositor. They will also scan the reciept and send it me so that I can put the scan up in the offline meet thread for everyone to see and verify.
