Hey guys....me from CHENNAI, Thats a real good initiative!!!!!
Lets make this happening...meet n donation activities.
So whats the schedule like for the meet?

NV - Mumbai Pune has over night G2G. But not everyone would be attending that. Rest people can

Lets do it this way. Rahul will be arriving to Pune on some specific date from Mumbai. So Lets have a G2G in Lonavala.

Mumbai xbhpians accompany Rahul till lonavala and reach there by 7 PM latest.

Pune guys start and reach lonavala by 7Pm latest.

Everyone takes the dinner latest by 9-9.30 PM.

While coming back Rahul is accompanied by Pune xbhpians.

This way it will be well coordinated.

And if this happens in Day time.. then we all can have a Lunch together.

Date: Sunday, February 21

Making it happen on this Sunday will be too short of a notice. I am looking forward to see a lot of our folks, hence the Feb 21 date. This would also ensure that we contribute a decent amount to DreamaDream.

i feel as bluevolt is gonna come to pune we can meet at a place which is convenient to him somewhere like close to where he is staying instead of straining him to come down to lonavala or somewhere, as he will be riding for thousands of kilometers.

Rahul (bluevolt) is starting from bangalore on the 12th morning (tommorrow) at 5 am,Avinrichards has interacted with him and decided to meet him in the morning @ silkboard @ 5:20 am for something of the sorts of a good luck flag-off.

Meeting spot @ Silkboard just before the silkboard flyover infront of the Petrol bunk on the left side . Immediately after the madiwala police station.

Another important point..

Count the number of people joining in from Mumbai and Pune both.

And book space for that many number of people in a good restaurant. This is to necessarily avoid restaurant hunting, waiting and the guys in the restaurant would be prepared to serve the bunch of xbpians.

Finalize restaurant also and book the space in advance. One person can take the responsibility.

If this meet is gonna be in Daytime.. then if somebody can arrange for a projector.. where Bluevlot can share his pics and videos while having lunch. That will be kind of attraction too. We all =can sit and enjoy and discuss. Laptop anyone can carry amonst us.. or I presume Bluevolt would be carrying a laptop.

PS - Photos sharing will be difficult to be done while having dinner, since it will consume good time and everyone will get late to set out for Mumbai/Pune.
