As rahul will be coming tomorrow to Mumbai all of us now need to decide on time & place to meet.
As per MG a sat. /sunday morning ride to lonavla dhaba would be a good option.
I think ketan from Mumbai can manage the Mumbai guys well & paaji can co-ordinate with pune fellas.

@ All Pune xBhpians: Since Bluevolt is coming on saturday to pune, so all are requested to assemble tonite at Roopali @ 8.30Pm. More details would be discussed there.

If anyone wants to contribute tonite, those can do so tonite itself..rest can contribute during ride day.

Hi! I am running behind schedule, so I would have to skip Mumbai( as much as I want to visit it- sorry my friends from Mumbai!) and ride directly to Pune from Ahmedabad. So I will be reaching Pune around 5pm types on Saturday evening.

So anyone of you organising the G2G can pm me by tomorrow evening latest, that would be great

Blue Volt Updates And G2G Plans.

Attention Guys..

I had a word with Rahul. And he told me his complete plan.

Rahul Will be just riding via Mumbai. So there is NO stop over in Mumbai. He will be straight away riding to Pune.

Now plan is something like this.. MUMBAI Guys Assemble at some convenient place in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. You can communicate with Rahul and meet him up. Its gonna be saturday, so most working guys shouldnt be having a problem. Also it will be afternoon.

You all guys can meet Rahul. People who all want to Join Rahul till Lonavala, are most welcome. They can ride with Rahul.

What I suggested earlier, That Pune guys can travel to Lonavala and after having a Evening Snack Now (Since it will be evening).. We all can ride back to Pune.

Rahul should be reaching Mumbai around 2-3 Pm. And from there he will reach Lonavala by 5 Pm (estimated).

People from Pune should be reaching Lonavala at same time. i.e 5pm.

Darknight - You have a PM. I have sent you the number of Bluevolt and my number too. Request you to coordinate.

For Pune guys.. Anyone of Us can take the responsibility. Lets do this on Friday (Today).

Will keep posting updates whenever I get them.

So, now the plan here is:

I'll meet Rahul on dehuroad junction tommorow at the time he specifies(would be around 6). From there i ride down with him to Chandni Chowk. There everyone should be present by the time we arrive. Then we can decide where to have the dinner as suggested by all during that discussion.

We are combining this G2G with the Hyderabad MEGA G2G that is scheduled on 7th March 2010.

We had our DaD G2G (Included in MEGA G2G) Today, Though we dint had expected turnout today.

Total Amount collected is Rs 2650/-

Actually you could write a cheque for the amount favoring 'dream-a-dream' and send it to Bangalore with a note saying that this is a Xbhp gift a dream ride contribution, also with full names, addresses and contact details of the donors so that they can send you the receipts:
